Gefallen · Absolute Pluspunkte des Apartments: - sehr großzügig (2 Schlafzimmer +Küche und Esszimmer) - sehr guter Kaffee ? (Saeco Maschine) - für Familien -> Die Waschmaschine + Waschmittel - zur Verfügung gestelltes Mineralwasser, Putzmittel sowie Küchenutensilien und Konservendosen Nicht gefallen · - Das Apartment befindet sich im Obergeschoss eines Zweifamilienhauses, die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist ganzjährig bewohnt. - die Fenster der Schlafzimmer sind Straßenseitig und die Fenster selbst sind nicht besonders lärmdämmend - die Nachbarn aus dem Erdgeschoss sind nicht gerade gastfreundlich (grüßen nicht und sind gern morgens ab ca 5:45 wach, laut und hören laut Musik dasselbe Spielchen spielen sie auch gern Abends so von 20 bis 22 Uhr. Nachdem zum dritten Mal in Folge um 5:45 die Musik lautstark aufgedreht wurde, habe ich die Dame vom Erdgeschoss freundlich gebeten etwas leider zu drehen. Daraufhin begegnete sie mir sehr unfreundlich und uneinsichtig. Sie meinte die Musik wäre nicht laut, wir würden es nur hören, weil die Zwischendecke so dünn sei. ? Das klopfen an der Türe hat sie aber auch nicht gehört, erst als ich anläutete machte sie mir die Türe auf. Anscheinend ist es in der Nachbarschaft bekannt, dass die besagte Dame es den Gästen gerne so ungemütlich wie möglich macht. Nach unserem Aufenthalt schilderte ich das Problem dem Vermieter, sein Rat wäre gewesen die Polizei zu rufen. Außerdem hatte ich das Gefühl er würde diese Problematik zum ersten Mal hören, was ich mir beim besten Willen nicht vorstellen kann. - Die Drau ist zwar in unmittelbarer Nähe, zu sehen ist sie aber vom Apartment aus nicht - ??Appartement Draublick?? Zusammenfassend kann man sagen: wenn man im Urlaub gerne früh aufsteht und lange unterwegs ist, ist das Apartment perfekt. ? An apartment for early risers and active people! (Saeco machine) - for families -> the washing machine + detergent - provided mineral water, cleaning agents as well as kitchen utensils and cans Didn't like · - The apartment is on the upper floor of a two-family house, the apartment on the ground floor is inhabited all year round. - the windows of the bedrooms face the street and the windows themselves are not particularly noise-insulating - the neighbors from the ground floor are not exactly hospitable (do not say hello and like to be up in the morning from around 5:45 am, loud and they like to listen to the same game loudly) In the evening from 8 to 10 pm After the music was turned up loudly for the third time in a row at 5:45 am, I kindly asked the lady on the ground floor to turn something, unfortunately. Then she met me very unfriendly and unapologetically. She meant the music wouldn't be loud, we'd only hear it because the false ceiling was so thin. ? But she didn't hear the knock on the door either, she only opened the door for me when I rang the bell. Apparently, it is known in the neighborhood that the lady in question likes to make the guests as uncomfortable as possible. After our stay I described the problem to the landlord, his advice would have been to call the police I had the feeling he would hear this problem for the first time, which I can not imagine with the best of will. - The Drau is in the immediate vicinity, but it cannot be seen from the apartment - ?? Apartment Draublick ?? In summary, one can say: if you like to get up early on vacation and are out for a long time, the apartment is perfect. ?
