Da es für mich zeitlich nicht möglich war einen Interspar o. ä. aufzusuchen ging ich in diese Apotheke um diese zu beschaffen. Im Kopf hatte ich einen Preis von ungefähr 5 - 8€ für eine 100# Packung. Ein Preis von 18€ für Kücheneinweghandschuhe der Marke Transgourmet gleicht jedoch schon fast Hehlerei. Disposable gloves required due to the CoViD19 crisis. Mein Mann musste auf sein Medikament mehr als eine halbe Stunde warten, das ist alles andere als kundenfreundlich an einem Samstag, wir suchen und eine andere Apotheke Saturday morning, only two employees in the sales room, a customer needs so much that she takes two bags full of medication with her, obviously for a nursing home, at the second seller two men who blocked them for more than half an hour. Zusätzlich habe ich keine österreiche e-card, da ich Ausländerin bin (was wirklich nirgendwo je ein Problem war, zahle die Medikamente deshalb eben privat). Zusätzlich wurde die Art der Medikamente, die ich brauche, einem beistehenden Kunden mitgeteilt (!), der nachfragte, was das Problem sei. Empfinde diese Verletzung meienr Privatsphäre in Kombination mit dem lächerlichen Betrugsvorwurf aufgrund der Unterschrift als extrem unverschämt und werde in Zukunft eine andere Apotheke vorziehen. could not get important medication despite my doctor’s signed, stamped prescriptions because "the signature on the prescription was illegible." K	Katalin Székely on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde nicht in Ordnung, dass eine Person, welche Deutsch nicht auf dem höchsten Niveau sprechen kann, beraten wird "Schlankheitstropfen" um 30 Euro zu kaufen. Ohne zu erwähnen, dass Personen mit Schilddrüsenerkrankungen diese Tropfen nicht ohne ärztlichen Rat anwenden sollten. Dann, wenn die ungeöffnete Packung mit der Rechnung zurückgebracht wird, weil der Internist die Tropfen nicht empfiehlt, kommt eine arrogante Antwort : "Es tut mit Leid, es kann nichts was bereits verkauft worden ist, zurückgenommen werden." G	GG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider völlig inkompetentes und überfordertes Personal. Sobald mehr als 2 Kunden zugleich in der Apotheke sind herrscht dort Ausnahmezustand. Gibt in der Innenstadt zum Glück genug andere Apotheken. Unfortunately completely incompetent and overwhelmed staff. As soon as more than 2 customers are in the pharmacy at the same time, there is a state of emergency. Luckily there are enough other pharmacies in the city center.

Der junge Herr, von dem ich bedient wurde, hat sich zwar über die neuen Regelungen bzgl. kostenloser Antigen- und PCR Tests informiert, jedoch will er von den KundInnen trotzdem den Betrag von €15 kassieren. Nach mehrfacher Erklärung, dass der Antigentest kostenlos ist, aufgrund einer der Ausnahmegründe, erklärte er mir immer wieder, dass der Staat den Antigentest nur in Ausnahmefällen (auf welchen meiner zutrifft?!) bezahlt. Nach mehreren Versuchen des Erklärens schaffte er es zu verstehen, dass ich auf den kostenlosen Antigentest aufgrund der Ausnahmeregelung bestehe. Als ob das noch nicht reichen würde wurde ich dann auch noch frech mit den Worten „DU weißt eh wo du hingehen musst, wennst das eh schon alles so gut kennst“ abgespeist. Ich wusste nicht, dass man seine Kunden duzt, nur weil man der Sohn vom Chef ist und glaubt sich alles erlauben zu können. Bestimmt zum letzten Mal in dieser Apotheke gewesen.
