E	Ernst Fuegos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ganz von vorne habe medikamente drei packungen bestellt per rezept und bewilligungspflichtig habe zwei bekommen das dritte wurde mir gesagt ist zur zeit nicht lieferbar. Ich sagte das sie das Rezept ausbessern sollen auf eine packung und darauf schreiben sollten zwei schon bekommen laut apo heisst es das geht nicht nach langen hin und her habe ich mir mein rezept einfach genommen und bin gegangen es wurde die polizei hinzu gezogen nach hin und her ich sollte das rezept retour geben das ich verneinte wurde mir endlich gesagt die polize fährt in die apotheke und lässt da rezept auf eine packung umschreiben und siehe da es funktionierte auf einmal ein dankeschön an die Polizei hohenau an der march..also meine meinung eine der miesesten apotheke der ganzen umgebung So, right from the start, I ordered three packs of medication by prescription and had to get a permit. I got two, the third one I was told is not available at the moment. I said that you should mend the recipe on a package and write on it two should already get. According to apo it means that it doesn't work after a long back and forth, I just took my recipe and left the police were called in to back and forth I should give the prescription back that I denied I was finally told the police went to the pharmacy and had the prescription written on a pack and lo and behold, it suddenly worked a thank you to the police in Hohenau an der March .. so my opinion is one of the lousiest pharmacy in the whole area

Die Dame am Telefon wusste nicht bescheid, also musste ich am Telefon warten. Plötzlich flog ich aus der Leitung! Mein Versuch nochmals anzurufen schlug fehl, da während 8 Minuten keiner mehr abnahm - während der normalen Geschäftszeit!! Ein neuerlichen Versuch schlug ebenfalls fehl, weil ich nach 5 Minuten Klingelzeichen aufgab. Ich weiß auch nicht was los ist. Sehr viel Personal, manchmal nimmt jemand sofort ab, manchmal "verhungert man" in der Leitung. Schade, denn ansonsten klappt eigentlich alles recht gut. 2 Sterne Abzug fürs Telefon! Talking on the phone is a real issue in this pharmacy! I wanted to inquire about the flu vaccination today. The lady on the phone didn't know so I had to wait on the phone. Suddenly I was thrown off the line! My attempt to call again failed because no one answered for 8 minutes - during normal business hours! Another attempt also failed because I gave up the doorbell after 5 minutes. I don't know what's going on either. A lot of staff, sometimes someone answers immediately, sometimes you "starve" on the line. It's a shame, because otherwise everything works pretty well. 2 star deduction for the phone!
