Besonders die Leitung besticht durch unerschöpfliche Freundlichkeit. Aber auch die PKA's wirken immer nett. Großes Lob Friendly, competent. Only to be recommended. By far the most likeable pharmacy in Mistelbach. The management in particular impresses with inexhaustible friendliness. But also the PKA's always look nice. Great praise
B	Betriebsarzt Betriebsarzt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kenne wirklich viele Apotheken in mehreren Bundesländern (als Arzt) und bin normalerweise nicht der Typ, der Rezensionen schreibt- ABER: noch keine hat mich durch solch unermüdliche Freundlichkeit und Geduld ALLER Mitarbeiter so bestochen. Da hier der Leitung eine große Rolle zukommt: ein großes Lob an die Pharmazeutin Fr. Mag. Zwölfer, die scheinbar als einzige Pharmazeutin in und mit Ihrem Team den Kundenandrang managen muss. Einzig auffällig: scheinbar herrscht ein eklatanter Mangel an Angestellten- dies betrifft aber nicht die Anwesenden, die trotz dieses Mankos wie gesagt an Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz nicht zu toppen sind. Ich komme immer wieder gerne!!!! I really know a lot of pharmacies in several federal states (as a doctor) and I'm usually not the type who writes reviews - BUT: none of them has bribed me with such tireless friendliness and patience from ALL employees. Since the management plays a major role here: Kudos to the pharmacist Mrs. Mag. Zwölfer, who seems to be the only pharmacist in and with your team to manage the rush of customers. Only noticeable: apparently there is a blatant shortage of employees - but this does not affect those present, who, despite this shortcoming in friendliness and competence, cannot be topped. I always like to come back !!
J	Johanna Christ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechte Beratung für bedenkliches Zeckenhalsband! Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Zeckenhalsband für unsere Katze. Daraufhin kam die Apothekerin mit Seresto von Bayer. Für 42 Euro hatte ich ein gesundheitlich unbedenkliches Produkt erwartet! Zuhause öffnete ich die Verpackung und las mir den Beipackzettel durch. Da wurde daraufhingewiesen dass der Katze mit dem Halsband nicht erlaubt sein sollte ins Bett zu gehen aufgrund des Giftes... Da wir ein Kind haben bekam ich große Bedenken. Ich wollte daher das Band umtauschen, denn die äußere Verpackung der Dose war zwar geöffnet worden aber das Band selbst nicht. Außerdem wollte ich fragen wie es ist wenn unser Kind die Katze streichelt.. Mir wurde bzw. dem Kind geraten jedes Mal die Hände zu waschen wenn es die Katze streichelte... ABER Umtausch sei leider nicht mehr möglich da geöffnet! Nur, dass die wichtigsten Warnhinweise außen nicht stehen und auch die Apothekerin nicht erwähnt hatte, dafür gab es kein Einsehen. Hätte ich es online bestellt wäre die Beratung bzw. BESCHREIBUNG besser gewesen und ich hätte es gleich bleiben lassen. Bad advice for questionable tick collar! I was looking for a tick collar for our cat. The pharmacist then came with Seresto from Bayer. For 42 euros I expected a product that was harmless to health! At home I opened the packaging and read the package insert. It was pointed out that the cat with the collar should not be allowed to go to bed because of the poison ... Since we have a child, I got great concerns. I therefore wanted to exchange the tape because the outer packaging of the can had been opened but the tape itself had not. I also wanted to ask what it is like when our child pats the cat .. I was advised to wash the child's hands every time they petted the cat ... BUT exchange is no longer possible because it is open! Only that the most important warnings are not on the outside and the pharmacist had not mentioned either, there was no understanding. If I had ordered it online, the advice or DESCRIPTION would have been better and I would have left it the same.

Anreise erforderlich wird. I like to go there. There you are always served friendly. I am less happy when prescribed medication is not in stock and a second trip to the home is required.

You are at the pharmacy 2 minutes to twelve, wanting to get an important medication that you have ordered ... Will be rejected, thank you!
B	Betti Phelbs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chefarztbewilligungspflichtige Medikamente die gefaxt wurden werden hier nicht bestellt, weil man Angst hat die Patienten holen sich diese nicht ab... Mir wurde gesagt ich solle diese in einer anderen Apotheke holen, aber nachdem ich das Rezept direkt an diese Apotheke faxen hab lassen hab ich auch kein Rezept mit dem ich es mir woanders abholen könnte. So weit wurde dabei wohl nicht gedacht. Danke, dass ich jetzt weitere Tage ohne meine Medikamente verbringen darf, obwohl meine Unterlagen rechtzeitig geschickt wurden. Medicines that require a chief physician's approval and that have been faxed are not ordered here because one is afraid the patients won't pick them up ... I was told to get them from another pharmacy, but after I had the prescription faxed directly to this pharmacy, I did also no recipe with which I could pick it up elsewhere. It probably didn't go that far. Thank you for allowing me to spend more days without my medication, even though my documents were sent on time.

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr bemüht und ich werde diese Apotheke weiterhin bevorzugen. I went shopping at the pharmacy 2 weeks ago and was given very friendly advice. The employees are all very helpful and I will continue to prefer this pharmacy.
