Genügend Parkplätze vor Ort und ein großzügiger Verkaufsbereich, der den Abstand wahren lässt. Very friendly and competent staff. Laut Homepage ist das sogar bis zu 4 Wochen möglich!! Die Mitarbeiterin hat es abgelehnt und nicht in den gespeicherten Daten nachgesehen! Absolut nicht kundenfreundlich! Samstag Vormittag muss man sich anhören das man die Kräuter erst am Montag bekommt da sie keine Zeit heute haben um sie zu holen? Nächster Samstag, man braucht 200 Stk leere Gelee Kapseln für einen Menschen der Palliativmedizinisch behandelt wird, 5 Angestellte haben keine Zeit 200 Stk zu zählen, am Montag kann ich wieder kommen! Es tut uns leid, dass wir kurz vor 12 Uhr Mittags am Samstag nicht ausreichend Zeit fanden für Ihr Anliegen. Als Lösungsmöglichkeit für die Zukunft würden wir vorschlagen bei speziellen Wünschen wie diesen uns vorher zu kontaktieren, damit wir alles zeitgerecht vorbereiten können Danke für die Antwort. Wäre es nicht ein Notfall gewesen, wäre das sicher möglich. Da die Mitarbeiterin gesagt hat sie hätte am Samstag für soetwas keine Zeit und ich sollte am Montag wieder kommen , ist es mir etwas schwer verständlich wie sie durch einen Anruf Zeit dafür gefunden hätte!? Leider funktioniert das über Telefon auch nicht reibungslos! 1/2 Spitzwegerichsamen bestellt ( telefonisch), 1/2 Kilo Flohsamen bekommen.
