Grundsaetzlich in Ordnung, dass man sich unterhaelt, allerdings muesste dies abgewogen werden - wenn mehrere Kunden, so eher geschaeftsbezogenes Verhalten angemessen. Man fragte mich, welcher Arzt mir die Medikamente verschrieben hat, wann dies erfolgte etc. Als ich meine E-Card zurueckforderte, teilte man mir mit, dass man mir die Medikamente geben koenne. Natuerlich abgelehnt und in eine andere Apotheke gegangen, wo alles reibungslos funktionierte. Fazit: Keinesfalls mehr wird diese Apotheke von mir besucht werden. Long talk with customers that is no longer business related, despite a lot of customer traffic. Basically okay to talk, but this would have to be weighed up - if several customers, more business-related behavior is appropriate. I was asked which doctor had prescribed the medication for me, when it was done, etc. When I asked for my e-card back, I was informed that the medication could be given to me. Of course, refused and went to another pharmacy, where everything worked smoothly. Conclusion: Under no circumstances will I visit this pharmacy again.

Man wird herzlich begrüßt und es wird einem mit absoluter Kompetenz weitergeholfen. Hier wird man nicht einfach schnell abgefertigt, ohne zu die richtigen Fragen zu stellen( wie es leider in ANDEREN Apotheken üblich ist). Hier wird wirklich abgewogen, was das Beste in bestimmten Fällen für die Kunden ist. Ich bin schon jahrelang Kunde bei der Apotheke und kann dadurch aus Erfahrung Feedback geben. Da ich kein einfacher Kunde bin der stets Berge Medikamente abholt, möchte ich mich an dieser Stelle auch herzlichst an den Herrn Magister und sein Team bedanken ☺ Liebe Grüße Absolutely the best pharmacy in the area, where you still really take care of your customers. You are warmly welcomed and you are helped with absolute competence. Here you are not simply processed quickly without asking the right questions (as is unfortunately common in OTHER pharmacies). This is where the really weighing up what is best for customers in certain cases. I've been a customer of the pharmacy for years and can therefore give feedback from experience. Since I am not a simple customer who always picks up Berge medicine, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Magister and his team ☺ best regards

Brauchte Medikamente für die Katze (sehr dringend) Mitarbeiterin hat Apotheken in der Nähe angerufen ob diese lagernd wären und die nächste zu meinem Wohnort gebeten diese zu bestellen! Das nenne ich Kundenservice! Great service at this pharmacy. Needed medication for the cat (very urgently) employee called nearby pharmacies to see if they were in stock and asked the nearest to my place of residence to order them! That's what I call customer service!
