Some of the ladies there are absolutely unfriendly, customers are treated like supplicants by these employees, luckily there are many pharmacies.

I have been a very satisfied customer for years. The staff is always ready to provide competent advice on request - it is not imposed, and medicines that have been ordered (not in stock) can be picked up very quickly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid-Tests sehr gut organisiert. Voranmeldung über das Portal, vor Ort keine bis wenig Wartezeit. Die Dame, die die Abstriche abnimmt, ist sehr bemüht und freundlich.
Covid tests very well organized. Pre-registration via the portal, no or little waiting time on site. The lady who takes the smears is very hard-working and friendly.
