Bei Fragen die ich hatte wurde auch sehr schnell und freundlich per Mail geantwortet.
Have already ordered two ponchos, one for adults and a baby poncho. The quality is top, they are super fluffy and look cool.

Zum einen war der Service über WhatsApp unglaublich gut, ich hatte sogar die Möglichkeit eine Farbkombination zu bestellen, die so auf der Internetseite gar nicht angeboten wurde. Es hat dann zwar circa einen Monat gedauert was ich aufgrund des individuellen Wunsches total in Ordnung finde.
Die Verarbeitung ist auch echt super, 100% Weiterempfehlungen!
