K	Kerstin Nitzel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist eine schöne Gegend mit vielen Seilbahnen und Wanderwegen. Man kann also sehr gut unterwegs sein. Mein Sohn ist zum Mountain-Biken nach Saalbach gefahren und war sehr begeistert von den vielen Downhill-Trails. Es gibt bei den Niederseers einen guten Fahrradkeller mit Reparaturmöglichkeit und Trocknungsschränke für nasse Kleidung oder Schuhe sind auch vorhanden. Das Haus liegt dicht am Ort mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Apartment war sehr sauber und gerade komplett renoviert. Es ist alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet und im Apartment war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir hatten gemütliche Betten und eine tolle Küche, die mit super Geräten ausgestattet ist. Außerden gibt es viele kleine nette Fietschers, wie z.B. Musik über Bluetooth im Badezimmer oder viele kleine Lichter. Die Badezimmer sind gemütlich und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir haben im Apartment Zwölfer Kogel übernachtet und dieses verfügt über eine wirklich tolle, große Terrasse mit schönen Loungemöbel. Die Terrasse haben wir trotz der kalten Temperaturen super nutzen können. Hans und Bernhard Niederseer sind ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend. Man kann Sie zu jeder Zeit anrufen und ansprechen. Sie tun Ihr Bestes um den Aufenthalt so angenehm, wie möglich zu gestalten. Herr Niederseer hat uns z.B. Nachts um 0:30 Uhr vom Zug in Zell am See abgeholt, da wir mit 7 Stunden Verspätung und einem Fahrrad von dort nicht mehr weiter nach Saalbach gekommen wären. Also alles in allem können wir die Apartments Niederseer nur empfehlen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. It's a nice area with lots of cable cars and hiking trails. So you can be on the move very well. My son went mountain biking in Saalbach and was very enthusiastic about the many downhill trails. At the Niederseers there is a good bicycle cellar with repair facilities and drying lockers for wet clothes or shoes are also available. The house is close to the place with good shopping facilities and the apartment was very clean and just completely renovated. Everything is tastefully decorated and everything you need was there in the apartment. We had comfortable beds and a great kitchen with great appliances. There are also lots of nice little Fietschers, such as music via bluetooth in the bathroom or lots of little lights. The bathrooms are comfortably and attractively furnished. We stayed in the apartment Zwölfer Kogel and this has a really great, large terrace with nice lounge furniture. Despite the cold temperatures, we were able to make great use of the terrace. Hans and Bernhard Niederseer are extremely nice and courteous. You can be called and spoken to at any time. They do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. For example, Mr. Niederseer picked us up from the train in Zell am See at 0:30 a.m., because with a 7 hour delay and a bike we would not have gotten any further to Saalbach. So all in all, we can only recommend the Apartments Niederseer and we will definitely come back.

Uns wurde sogar aufgrund einer freien Kapazität ein kostengünstiges Upgrade auf ein größeres Appartment angeboten. Zum Hochzeitstag durften wir den Weinkeller des Hauses nutzen, was sehr großzügig seitens Herrn Niederseer war und von ihm auch schön hergerichtet wurde. Herr Niederseer ist ein sehr angenehmer und sympathischer Gastgeber, der auch sehr kinderfreundlich ist. Unsere kleine Tochter hat sich sehr über ihr Reisepeoviant gefreut ?. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage bei Ihnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Viele Grüße Familie Hofmann Very friendly contact before and during the stay. We were even offered an inexpensive upgrade to a larger apartment due to the free capacity. On the wedding day we were allowed to use the house's wine cellar, which was very generous on the part of Mr. Niederseer and was also nicely prepared by him. Mr. Niederseer is a very pleasant and personable host who is also very child-friendly. Our little daughter was very happy about her food and drink ?. There is nothing wrong with it. Een zeer nette en vriendelijke eigenaar voor, tijdens en na ons verblijf. Het appartement is ruim genoeg, de bedden/douche zijn top en alles wat je nodig hebt is voorhanden. Een aanrader voor iedereen die een goed verblijf op loopafstand van de liften/supermarkt zoekt! In March 2022 we stayed with 5 friends during our ski holiday at Hans. A very neat and friendly owner before, during and after our stay. The apartment is spacious enough, the beds/shower are great and everything you need is available. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good stay within walking distance of the lifts/supermarket!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Saalbach werden wir diese Unterkunft wieder bevorzugen. It was a very pleasant stay. We really liked the equipment and design of the apartment. The host was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is highly recommended! We will prefer this accommodation again for our next stay in Saalbach.

Das Apartment ist im letzten Sommer frisch renoviert worden und sehr gut ausgestattet. Neben der Wohnung hat man die Möglichkeit den Saunabereich mit Ruhezone zu nutzen, die beiden ebenfalls frisch renoviert sind. Herr Niederseer war ein ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, der immer für Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Die Anbindung an den Skibus ist super - die nächste Haltestelle ist 30m vom Haus entfernt. We spent a week with seven people in the Schattberg apartment at the beginning of February. The apartment was freshly renovated last summer and is very well equipped. In addition to the apartment, you have the option of using the sauna area with a quiet zone, both of which are also newly renovated. Mr. Niederseer was a very pleasant host who was always available for questions. The connection to the ski bus is great - the next stop is 30m from the house.
