Top Lage, sehr Gute Aussicht, haben bestimmt schon 15 schöne Urlaube dort verbracht.

Super Lage! Tolle Aussicht, freundlicher Vermieter, wir waren sehr zufrieden, in der Umgebung kann man viel erleben!

Toller Blick vom Balkon auf den Achensee, dank grosser Panoramafenster auch vom Sofa zu geniessen. Freundliche Begrüßung vom Vermierter, welcher bei Fragen stets zu erreichen war. Danke für einen wunderbaren Urlaub.

Wir waren vom 11.07.16 bis 18.07.16 dort. Pluspunkte waren der Panoramablick, der Balkon, die Essecke und Couch. Ruhige Lage und die Nähe zum See, der Fernseher und das Wlan. Minuspunkte waren: kein Fön (musste extra angefordert werden), das alte Badezimmer ohne Steckdose, bzw. eine Steckdose, die nicht zu benutzen war, das Wasser lief sehr langsam ab bei der Dusche. Fönen ging nur auf dem Flur. Eine Schranktür in der Küche war defekt und die Küche war im allgemeinen unsauber. Beispiel: Es klebte im Schrank und es lagen auch Krümel dort. Das Schlafzimmer war eine Katastrophe, das Bett so breit, dass man sich beim Aufstehen den Kopf an die Wand gestossen hat! Keine Nachtschränkchen. Angeblich gab es einen Pool und Sauna. War aber abgeschlossen und von aussen konnte man sehen, dass überhaupt kein Wasser eingelassen war. Diese Unterkunft werden wir ganz sicher nicht mehr buchen.

Absolute Topunterkunft Wir waren dort schon zum zweiten mal einmal im Winter, einmal im Sommer und es war alles top und absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Super freundliche Gastgeber , schön modern eingerichtete Appartments sowie ein traumhafter Blick auf den wunderschönen Achensee. Dieser ist fußläufig von der Unterkunft sehr schnell zu erreichen. Preis Leistung verhältniss stimmt auch, sodass wir sicher noch öfters dort hin fahren werden.

Terrible?

The accommodation didn't stand up to its reviews at all. The location wasn't very good. The website says it is 300 metres from the lake, which isn't true. If you want to get down to the lake, you have to walk through a very busy road with big traffic, especially througout the day. That isn't ideal if you have small children or a dog. The parking was okay, but it was in open air, therefore if big storm arrived, your car would have nowhere to hide. There's also a lot of stairs - not ideal for older people or children either. The apartment itself is very small. The bathroom is tiny, without any windows and has an awful smell. The shower does not drain, so when you are showering the water stays stuck up all the way to your ankles. The towels were harsh, over-washed and quite small. The kitchen is even smaller than the bathroom and without any windows as well - when you cook, the smell of the food spreads out in the whole apartment. The bedroom was the worst part or the apartment. It was like sleeping in a basement - there weren't any windows and in the summer it got really hot in there. It was also tiny so there wasn't much space around the bed. The TV was also very small and the internet connection wasn't very good. The balcony was okay (even thought there were hard, uncomfortable chairs), but the view wasn't. We saw more of the houses in front of us than the lake. The apartment wasn't very clean either, there was a lot of dust and dirt on the floor and the furniture. In the evening it got really cold in there (even though we were staying there in the summer), because the windows don't seal very well. The owner was rude, unfriendly and didn't check up on us during our stay. I definitely won't be staying here, never again. Over all, I wouldn't recommend this accommodation. There's plenty of another accommodations in the neighborhood to choose from, so choose wisely. And by the way, if we could be called "criminal", the owner could be called a thief for trying to charge us an extra night.
