s	seltsamer Mike on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne Zimmer mit Küchenzeile und sehr sauberen Bad, geräumig für 2 Personen (Schlafplätze für 4 Personen), Balkon, Flat-TV mit vielen Programmen. Manko: schlafen auf Couch (die aber bequem für uns war) und Betten selber beziehen Pro: sehr schnelles WLAN kostenlos zur Verfügung! (z.B. für Aktivitäten-Planung) Sehr, sehr nette und kompetente Eigentümer!!! Haben immer ein offenes Ohr :-) Die Lage mitten im Zentrum von Brixen... Im Haus Central ist ein Cafe mit lecker Eisbecher und kleinen Snacks, im Apartmenthaus Brixen ist eine Bäckerei mit kleinen Spar Supermarkt (auch Sonntag geöffnet!), gegenüber ist eine Fleischerei und daneben die Gaststätte "zum Brixenwirt" (sehr lecker Essen und großer Biergarten)...nebenan auf Dorfplatz ist auch gleich die Touristen Info sowie der zentrale Platz, wo in Hauptsaison Veranstaltungen stattfinden...250m weiter ist Talstation der Gondelbahn Brixen zum Filzalmsee (und Ausgangspunkt weiterer Wanderziele) Zu empfehlen ist die Sommer-Card "wilder Kaiser - Brixen" für die Fahrt mit den Gondelbahnen rund um diesen Urlaubsgebietes (PERFEKT für Kinder!!!) Nice rooms with kitchenette and very clean bathroom, spacious for 2 people (sleeps 4 people), balcony, flat screen TV with many programs. Shortcoming: sleep on the couch (which was comfortable for us) and beds own Pro: very fast wireless internet available for free! (e.g., for activity planning) Very, very nice and competent owner !!! Always have an open ear :-) The location right in the center of Brixen ... In the house Central is a cafe with delicious sundae and small snacks, in the apartment house Brixen is a bakery with small Spar supermarket (also open Sunday!), Opposite is a butcher and next to the restaurant "Zum Brixenwirt" (delicious food and large beer garden) ... next door on the village square is also the Tourist Info and the central square, where events take place in the main season ... 250m further is the valley station of the gondola lift Brixen to the Filzalmsee (and starting point of other hiking destinations) Highly recommended is the summer card "Wilder Kaiser - Brixen" for the ride on the gondola lifts around this holiday area (PERFECT for children !!!)
J	Janneke db on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijn appartement met losse slaapkamer. De keuken was compleet. De gastvrouw is heel aardig en meedenkend. De ligging van het appartement is fantastisch; boven de Spar (kleine supermarkt met vers brood), skibus voor de deur waardoor je in 2 minuten bij de gondel bent maar je kunt het stukje ook prima lopen. Het skigebied is groot maar met slecht weer (iedere dag sneeuw en lawine gevaar) zijn de verbindingen dicht, je kunt dan wel vanuit Brixen naar Westendorf met de reguliere bus (andere dorpen van het skigebied zijn niet met bus bereikbaar). Als je vroeg arriveert in Brixen... het cafe naast het appartement was bij ons om 08.00 uur open! Nice apartment with separate bedroom. The kitchen was complete. The hostess is very nice and thoughtful. The location of the apartment is fantastic; above the Spar (small supermarket with fresh bread), ski bus in front of the door so that you are at the gondola in 2 minutes, but you can also walk fine. The ski area is large, but with bad weather (snow and avalanche danger every day) the connections are closed, you can then take the regular bus from Brixen to Westendorf (other villages in the ski area are not accessible by bus). If you arrive early in Brixen... the cafe next to the apartment was open at 8am with us!
G	Geraldine Van der Voort on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location, located in the middle of Brixen, ski bus stops directly nextdoor. Apartment was really clean, the kitchen was very well equiped. A warm welcome by the owner and her daughter. They were really helpfull! Absolutely worth visiting!
