Great service, comfortable rooms, hospitable hosts

Our domicile in Ischgl for years. Simple, clean apartments. Very nice owners. Always my pleasure.

We and our friends are already regular customers, we are very satisfied with both the apartment and the ski area.

Nice landlord. Clean apartment, good ski room, nice house. The sofa is a bit small and the bed mattresses were a bit saggy. Otherwise, everything that you need. The bus stop is not far away, about 250m.

Went there to ski in Ischgl at the end of January. Very clean apartment with everything you need. The ski bus stop (Versahl) is approx. 200m away, the journey to the Pardatschgratbahn takes less than 10min. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to Ischgl. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and relatively new. Bed linen and towels are provided, there is a bread service. A ski room with heated shoe racks is located on the ground floor, and there is ample parking space directly at the house. Rubbish is emptied regularly, staff is very helpful and friendly. Anyone looking for quiet accommodation away from the hustle and bustle is in good hands here. Price / offer: Very good.

We were here for the second time and were disappointed. In the hotel, besides us, only two rooms were occupied, in view of this, the heating was very weak and it was cold. In general, the cleaning was taking out the garbage every day - but in a very marvelous way - a knock on the door and even if you are at home - they break into you and collect garbage, but you can’t say anything - because they don’t understand English here, German only. The first call was on the third day, when it was snowing - the cleaner knocked and just in shoes, with a broom - rustled through the whole room to the balcony to sweep away snow there and in exactly the same way - back through the room. But the thing that spoiled the impression was the last night at the hotel. Our German neighbors left the hotel in the evening, we were alone in the room. And, apparently, in order to get rid of us early - and not at the required paid 9 am - what would you think - the staff started cleaning all 4 rooms on our floor, at 4 am! It looked like this - they opened absolutely all the doors to all the rooms, music turned on in one, endless rattling of dishes began, and very loud conversations among themselves. Rumbling just on the floor with a mop or something - I will keep silent. When my nerves gave out at 5 in the morning and I leaned out into the corridor to say that this was not the case - the staff, who understands only German (which I don’t speak) just showed that the clock was ticking, it’s time guys) In general, such an eviction spoiled all the impressions about this place - we will not come here again. I put 3 only because the location is not bad, there is a normal parking and in general - in good times (which may still return), the place was more hospitable
