C	Carina Juilfs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren Anfang Januar mit 14 Personen im Bel-Ami. Die Wohnungen sind sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Eigentümerin hat Mitte der Woche nochmal die Appartements gesäubert und die Handtücher gewechselt. Nach vorheriger Absprache ist es möglich die hauseigene Sauna zu nutzen. Frau Zangerle war jederzeit sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die vorherigen Rezessionen können wir aufgrund dessen nicht nachvollziehen. Ein Sternabzug gibt es trotzdem -> Die Schlafzimmer in den Appartements sind nur mit Bauholz abgetrennt und somit sehr sehr hellhörig. Trotzdem kommen wir gerne wieder! We were at the beginning of January with 14 people in the Bel-Ami. The apartments are very clean and cozy. The owner cleaned the apartments again in the middle of the week and changed the towels. By prior arrangement, it is possible to use the in-house sauna. Mrs. Zangerle was always very friendly and accommodating. Because of this, we cannot understand the previous recessions. There is still a star deduction -> The bedrooms in the apartments are only separated with timber and therefore very, very noisy. Nevertheless we would love to come back!
W	Waldemar Willer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartements sind sauber und in Ordnung wobei für die billige Spanplattenkonstruktion eigentlich viel zu teuer. Die Appartements der Gäste werden einfach so betreten. In Hotel's in denen jeden Tag sauber gemacht wird, Handtücher etc. gewechselt werden ist das in Ordnung, was hier ja nicht der Fall ist. Könnte man drüber wegsehen, wenn die Gastgeber nicht so unfreundlich, arrogant und beleidigend wären. Eine Gruppe mit 9 Personen kann im Urlaub mal einen Abend etwas lauter werden, dann aber gleich (nachdem man sich bereits entschuldigt hatte) mit abfälligen, beleidigenden, drohenden, und vervorurteilenden Anmerkungen zu reagieren ist an Arroganz nicht zu übertreffen. Wegen solchen Menschen lässt man sich aber nicht den Urlaub vermiesen, wir hatten trotz allem eine grandiose Woche in Ischgl. Apartments are clean and in order, but actually far too expensive for the cheap chipboard construction. The guests' apartments are simply entered. In hotels where cleaning is done every day, towels etc. are changed, that's okay, which is not the case here. You could look over it if the hosts weren't so rude, arrogant and insulting. A group of 9 people can get a little louder one evening on vacation, but then immediately (after you have already apologized) to react with derogatory, insulting, threatening, and prejudicial comments cannot be beaten in arrogance. But you don't let your holiday spoil because of people like that, despite everything we had a great week in Ischgl.
M	Matthias M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundsätzlich ordentliche und sauber Unterkunft, die Lage ist sehr gut. Für den gezahlten Preis sind die Appartments schon erstaunlich einfach gehalten, das obere Geschoss ist vollständig mit Pressspanplatten ausgekleidet und die Möbel altbacken. Das Ansicht ist jetzt kein Problem was aber wirklich stört ist der fehlende Backofen in der Küche. Desweiteren haben wir leider sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit der Gastgeberin machen müssen. Diese war von Beginn an voreingenommen und uns gegenüber unfreundlich. Wenn man nur Familien und keine jüngeren Gäste haben möchte, die in Ischgl auch mal weggehen, dann wäre es klug die Unterkunft entsprechend zu kennzeichnen. Wir sind nicht in den Urlaub gefahren um uns jeden Tag wegen irgendetwas belehren zu lassen. Basically neat and clean accommodation, the location is very good. For the price paid, the apartments are surprisingly simple, the upper floor is completely lined with chipboard and the furniture is dated. The view is now no problem but what really bothers is the missing oven in the kitchen. Furthermore, we unfortunately had to make very bad experiences with the hostess. They were biased from the start and unfriendly to us. If you only want families and no younger guests who sometimes go out in Ischgl, then it would be wise to label the accommodation accordingly. We didn't go on vacation to be lectured about something every day.
M	Martin Dörgeloh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren in der ersten Märzwoche mit vier Personen zu Gast im Belami. Eine schicke kleine Wohnung, zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit einer sehr freundlichen Gastgeberin. Punktabzug gibt es nur aufgrund der Zwischenwände aus Holz, dadurch waren die Räume sehr hellhörig. Wir sind insgesamt aber sehr gut damit zurecht gekommen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!! Insgesamt eine eine tolle Woche mit super Wetter und einem überragenden Skigebiet. Besten Dank an alle die die mit ihrem Einsatz dafür sorgen dass dies möglich ist. Four of us stayed at the Belami in the first week of March. A chic little apartment, functionally furnished with a very friendly hostess. There is only a point deduction because of the wooden partitions, which made the rooms very noisy. Overall, we got along very well with it and would love to come back! All in all a great week with great weather and an outstanding ski area. Thank you to everyone who works to make this possible.
