★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij zouden hier naartoe met de hele familie en hebben bijna 2 jaar van tevoren geboekt. Vervolgens zowel in de zomervakantie als op de wintersport 1 dag eraan besteed om te checken of de boeking doorging en beide keren werd dit bevestigd.
Tot mijn stomme verbazing ontvingen wij later een mail dat de boeking niet door kon gaan omdat stamgasten ook geboekt hadden en die voor gingen.
Daar ging onze vakantie.... echt belachelijk hoe zij met gasten omgaan. Wij zijn zeer zeer teleurgesteld in de familie Krismer en zullen bij dit onbetrouwbare adres zeker nooit weer boeken!
We would go here with the whole family and have booked almost 2 years in advance. Then, both during the summer holidays and on the winter sports, 1 day was spent checking whether the booking went through and this was confirmed both times.
To my surprise, we later received an email that the booking could not go through because regulars had also booked and went ahead.
That's where our vacation went .... really ridiculous how they treat guests. We are very disappointed in the Krismer family and will certainly never book again with this unreliable address!
