cozy, quiet and very clean apartment; very friendly and courteous hosts, wishes are fulfilled immediately; very good location, everything easily accessible, a big plus is the ski depot at the cable car

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice apartment for a skiing holiday in Serfaus Fiss Ladis. Metro station Parkplatz is within walking distance. The apartment was great, had a very cozy couch, a nice balcony and all needed facilities were there. They also have bread service early in the morning available. We had a very nice week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking, devastating experience with the host! Appalling service!Did not feel welcomed from beginning to the end of our stay. Very strict with the rules that were not written down or told to us at check in. We did not feel comfortable staying in the apartments. Host was entering the apartments while we were away, which showed us there is no privacy. Host is not considered of the guests schedule or plans, cared more about what and how suited her the best. The language and the attitude the host used to talk to us on several occasions made us feel belittled and small. One suggestion to the host - write down all of the house rules and give the document to the guests upon arrival to get familiar with; instead of calling your guest “dirty” and “worst guests ever” by not following you expectations! What was meant to be a great first trip to the mountains ended up with such an unfortunate situation. Not a “Herzlich Willkommen” we hoped for our first stay in Austria!
