Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, hatten ein hervorragendes Frühstück, ein sehr schönes Zimmer und ein sehr aufmerksames Zimmermädchen, dass uns täglich mit neuen Tieren, geformt aus unseren Handtüchern, überrascht hat. Hier her kommen wir sicherlich wieder und hoffen, dass dieser extrem hohe Standart erhalten bleibt. Danke nochmals an dieser Stelle für den schönen Urlaub!!! We stayed at the Hotel Alpenjuwel Residenz for 4 nights at the end of September and felt extremely comfortable. We received a very nice welcome, had an excellent breakfast, a very nice room and a very attentive housekeeper who surprised us every day with new animals made from our towels. We will definitely come here again and hope that this extremely high standard will be maintained. Thanks again at this point for the great vacation!

Wir haben einen erholsamen Urlaub hier verbracht. Everything is perfect in this hotel. Very rich breakfast, great atmosphere and nice staff. Similarly, the sauna area leaves nothing to be desired. We spent a relaxing holiday here.

Top ausgestattete Küche und 2 Balkone mit schönem Ausblick ! Die Saunalandschaft ist sehr gelungen und ist im Preis inbegriffen ! Im Sommer geht der Preis voll in Ordnung im Winter ist es schon deutlich teurer ! Aber sein Geld wert und Serfaus ist auch im Sommer eine Reise wert ! We stayed in the summer 2 nights in the Alpenjuwel residence! We were 4 people and had a super nice apartment! Everything was clean and very tastefully decorated! Top equipped kitchen and 2 balconies with beautiful views! The sauna area is very successful and is included in the price! In the summer the price is fully in order in the winter it is much more expensive! But worth the money and Serfaus is worth a visit even in summer!
