Ich habe einen Artikel bestellt welcher nach kurzer Zeit Beschädigungen hatte (Hüfttasche, Klettverschluss hat sich überall gelöst). Artikel wurde eingesendet und von AOS weiter geleitet. Diese Info erhielt ich erst auf Nachfrage (2 Wochen nach Rücksendung). Nun sind wir 6 Wochen weiter und es gibt immer noch keine Info zu dem Artikel. Meine Saison endet Mitte Oktober. Herzlichen Dank für den nicht vorhandenen Service. In Zukunft mache ich einen großen Bogen um AOS Flyfishing. I buy a lot of fishing equipment online and have seen a lot. But what AOS delivers here beats everything. I ordered an item which was damaged after a short time (hip pocket, Velcro has come loose everywhere). Article was sent in and forwarded by AOS. I only received this information on request (2 weeks after sending it back). Now we are 6 weeks further and there is still no information about the article. My season ends in mid-October. Thank you very much for the non-existent service. In the future, I will avoid AOS Flyfishing.

Wenn man ein bisschen Zeit mitbringt und ein wenig tratscht bekommt man sehr hilfreiche Tips rund ums Fliegenfischen. Ich gehe immer wieder gerne hin und kann die Jungs von AOS uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Very competent advice, an unbelievable range and if something is not in stock, it is ordered immediately, tailored precisely to the customer's wishes. If you have a bit of time and gossip you will get very helpful tips about fly fishing. I always like to go there and can unreservedly recommend the guys from AOS!
s	seg woast on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte dort erstmals im Oktober wegen eines Ersatzteils angefragt und wurde unfreudlich aufgefordert eine Email zu schreiben. Nach drei schriftlichen Anfragen und einer Rezension auf Google kam am 01.02 von AOS eine E-mail, dass meine Anfrage (singular) versehentlich als „bereits beantwortet“ abgelegt wurde, deshalb erst heute die Antwort. Unglaubwürdig. Anscheinend muss man dort mehr als ein Ersatzteil Bestellen um adäquat behandelt zu werden. 4 Monate. Ich kann nur sagen: Das ist ein sehr schlechter Service I first inquired about a spare part there in October and was rudely asked to write an email. After three written inquiries and a review on Google, I received an email from AOS on February 1st that my inquiry (singular) was accidentally filed as "already answered", so the answer only came today. Unbelievable. Apparently you have to order more than one spare part to be treated adequately. 4 months. All I can say is this is very bad service
