★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe einfach vegetarischen Dürum bestellt und die haben einen normalen gebracht. Jetzt hab ich nicht das Geld da um mir noch was zu bestellen. Richtig ehrenhaft von ihnen.
 I just ordered vegetarian durum and they brought a normal one. Now I don't have the money to order anything. Really honorable of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Service, haben eine Bestellung stornieren lassen, Mjam hat nicht geantwortet ein Mitarbeiter von Big Kebap hat es dann geregelt. Sehr freundlich!
Great service, had an order canceled, Mjam did not answer, a Big Kebap employee took care of it. Very friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben grad unser Essen von Mehmet geliefert bekommen. Sehr freundlich und nett.
Bis jetzt alles sehr frisch,heiß und innerhalb der Lieferzeit bekommen.
Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, das Gemüse sehr knackig und das Brot noch ganz frisch. Ich kann mich nicht beklagen.

We just got our food from Mehmet. Very friendly and nice.
So far everything has been very fresh, hot and received within the delivery time.
The food was excellent, the vegetables very crunchy and the bread still very fresh. I can not complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei Big Kebab habe ich in letzter Zeit immer wöchentlich mittels App bestellt und liefern lassen.
Auch nach absenden der Bestellung angerufen und nachgefragt ob die Bestellung klar ist.
Bei den letzten drei Bestellungen war jedesmal Sauce auf der Pizza verteilt obwohl extra angegeben das dies nicht sein darf.
Musste jedesmal nachtelefonieren und reklamieren, da der Fahrer immer sofort wegfahren ist.
Somit kann ich nur positiv sagen, dass die Ersatz-Pizza schnell nachgeliefert wurde.
At Big Kebab I have been ordering weekly via app and have it delivered lately.
Also called after sending the order and asked if the order is clear.
With the last three orders, sauce was always distributed on the pizza, although it was stated that this was not allowed.
Had to phone and complain every time, as the driver always left immediately.
So I can only say positively that the replacement pizza was quickly delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen, haben 1 Stunde gewartet und der Döner und Dürüm waren kalt! Noch dazu habe ich extra angegeben das kein Zwiebel hinein soll und es war Zwiebel drinnen!
Not recommended, waited 1 hour and the kebab and Dürüm were cold! In addition, I specifically stated that no onion should be inside and there was onion inside!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Essen und die Lieferung ist eine absolute Frechheit, es fehlten Zutaten und schmeckte wirklich unterirdisch, dann wurde angerufen und die Kritik angebracht, Reaktion darauf "Ja wenn es nicht passt brauchen sie eh nicht mehr bei uns bestellen " und aufgelegt
The food and the delivery is an absolute cheek, the ingredients were missing and it tasted really subterranean, then they called and the criticism was raised, response to "Yes, if it doesn't fit you don't need to order from us anyway" and hung up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben zwei Familie Pizzen bestellt, waren nicht in der Lage sie auf Anhieb zu liefern, jedoch bekamen wir eine 2te Lieferung mit dem "Rest". Leider ist die Qualität vom Essen her nicht so gut, Pizza war am Rand steinhart, Boden zu dünn und selbst die Salami hatte leider einen komischen Beigeschmack...kann die vielen guten Rezensionen leider nicht nachvollziehen...!
Two families ordered pizzas and were not able to deliver them straight away, but we got a second delivery with the "rest". Unfortunately, the quality of the food is not that good, the pizza was rock-hard on the edge, the bottom too thin and even the salami had a strange aftertaste ... unfortunately I can't understand the many good reviews ...!
