★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Spatenstich für den wunderschönen architektonischen Neubau erfolgte am 4. Mai 2011. Im November 2012 wurde die Dachgleiche erreicht, mit Ende August 2015 wurde der Bau fertiggestellt. Mit Beginn des Wintersemesters 2015/2016 am 1. Oktober wurde der Neubau in Betrieb genommen. Am 27. November 2015 wurde das neue Universitätsgebäude von Bundespräsident Dr. Heinz Fischer offiziell eröffnet. Auf dem ehemaligen Standort entsteht nun der Bruckner-Tower.
The groundbreaking ceremony for the beautiful architectural new building took place on 4 May 2011. In November 2012, the roof was reached, with the end of August 2015, the construction was completed. With the start of the winter semester 2015/2016 on October 1, the new building was put into operation. On November 27, 2015, the new university building was opened by Federal President Dr. Ing. Heinz Fischer officially opened. The Bruckner Tower is being built on the former site.
