Wurden vor der Tür mit den Argumenten abgefertigt, dass es bei ihm nichts anzuschauen gebe und er keine neuen Kunden mehr brauche. L	Leon Heuer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe angerufen um zu fragen ob alte Bücher angekauft werden und wurde sehr unangenehm nach ewigem gewitze darauf hingewiesen dass ich 200€ für 2 Kisten mit Büchern bezahlen müsste wenn ich sie an dieses Geschäft abgeben will. Kann nicht nachvollziehen wieso man dass so unfreundlich tun muss. Keine Empfehlung. I called to ask if old books were being bought and was pointed out very unpleasantly after an eternal joke that I would have to pay € 200 for 2 boxes of books if I wanted to give them to this shop. Can't understand why you have to do that so unkindly. No recommendation.

Als Begründung gab‘s die Antwort, dass kein Interesse mehr am Verkauf bestehe, weil man nicht „bei einem so kleinen Betrag“ wie 200 € Vorauskasse „herumzicken" soll. What should you think of a retailer who simply cancels the sales contract when he suggests picking up a graphic that was ordered over the Internet in person? The reason given was the answer that there was no longer any interest in selling, because you shouldn't "bother" with "such a small amount" as € 200 in advance.

Such an uncomfortable, cheeky and insulting way on the phone - truly a SHOCK. In our private or acquaintance environment we do not even know such a "kind", so I am really shocked! just disrespectful and as we say in everyday language "EIN UNGUSTL" - NO, never again !!!!!!

Wollte nur eine kurze Auskunft bezüglich einen Dachbodenfund, da sagte er sofort, er gäbe keine Auskunft, solche "Leute" rufen täglich an. Seine Zeit kostet Geld und die verschwändet er nicht am Telefon und hat aufgelegt. Ich war sprachlos!! So eine ungute, freche und beleidigende Art, dieser Mann hat keinen Respekt! Hoffe er kommt auch mal in eine Lage wo er etwas braucht und wird so behandelt! Keine WORTE. Der eine Stern ist nur, weil ich es sonst nicht veröffentlichen kann. Er hat keinen verdient. I have never had such an unfriendly contact on the phone like this one! He only wanted brief information about an attic find, so he immediately said he wouldn't give any information, "people" like that call every day. His time costs money and he doesn't waste it on the phone and hung up. I was speechless!! Such a rude, rude and insulting way, this man has no respect! Hope he gets into a situation where he needs something and will be treated like that! No words. The one star is only because I can't publish it otherwise. He doesn't deserve one.
