★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only one complaint, don't sit in the back row (row1)of cinema 3 (Saal3) . There some machinery or something constantly whirring, it is loud and annoying.

Cinema: they have like 9 different rooms.
Bathroom: very clean
Food: good and a big selection
Staff: very friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is definitely not the kindest and price ways it isn't the fairest, still I enjoyed a lot the film, the fact it was original language and the room was pretty much just for myself and a couple, plus super comfortable seats and enough leg room, made my experience nearly perfect.
I do suggest some training to the staff as for what I've read it hasn't been only my perception. Keep it up and better!!!
