D	Denise Wyatt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pool hall closes without prior notice! You have websites use it!! We drove Mrs a col of weeks ago only to find they are closing 1 hr earlier! That's not stated on your website! Terrible to turn up on 3.3.19 and was closed at 6pm!!! Again not updated on websites or Google!
R	Reinis Stripnieks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were regular customers to Cineplex Graz but unfortunately by the time place got messed up today i wisited it and didnt want to return, Big waiting lists to get drinks and popcorn. Only 2 workers servicing 100 customers and many missed beginning of the movies floors were very untidy with popcorn all over the floors and not a single person bothered to service them. Popcorn i got was way too salty and after couple of bites i decided better to leave it be. cinema and sound quality was ok . public toilets had no soap and ran out quickly of paper towels That is not the way spend nice evening with family .
R	Rudolf Mayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watched Captain Marvel and Avengers: Endgame in IMAX and 3D. Sound, Image and most importantly, the popcorn was on point. Definetely a good place to watch a movie. You can also sit in the bar on the first floor. And lastly, its easy to get to. You can take the bus or the tram and obviously, a car.
C	Chirag Tailor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sweet popcorn, and it seems no age checks for watching movies. I was there watching IT 2 and there were kids there definitely younger than 16 . This of course meant them playing with their phones throughout the movie and chatting the entire time. The IMAX screen is also a lot smaller than IMAX screens I am used to.

M	Mats Ivarson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience started at a previous visit when a worker gave our son the wrong bonus card - a normal one instead of the family version which is needed to have a birthday party for a discounted price. The worker was a newcomer. And when booking the birthday party per phone, again a newcomer who didn’t know anything. Instead of pointing out that we got the wrong bonus card of her colleague, she simply booked 7 kids and an adult. No booking numbers, no nothing that we first learned at the cashier at the day of the birthday party that we were missing. As consequence the booked birthday party was expensive and a huge disappointment - and absolutely NO interest of the personnel to solve the situation. Almost everyone are new on the job and hence incompetent. The woman who wasn’t new, was instead one of the most unfriendly we ever met.
