Die Verkäuferin hat uns alles bis ins kleinste Detail erklärt, ist auf jede Frage eingegangen ohne genervt zu wirken und hat sofort mit Alternativen reagiert, wenn sie gemerkt hat, dass das Produkt uns nicht zu 100% zusagt. Jeder Handgriff hat gesessen! Jeder Kinderwagen und jede Autoschale wurde von ihr problemlos vorgeführt. So stelle ich mir eine gute und kompetente Beratung vor. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Das Geschäft wirkt von außen eher unscheinbar aber bietet alles was das 'werdende Elternherz' begehrt. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder! We had advice for the stroller as well as for the car shell and the device for the car from Gutwein. The saleswoman explained everything to us down to the smallest detail, answered every question without appearing annoyed and immediately responded with alternatives if she noticed that the product didn't appeal to us 100%. Every move was done! Every stroller and every car seat was demonstrated by her without any problems. This is how I imagine good and competent advice. We were completely satisfied and felt we were in very good hands. The shop looks rather inconspicuous from the outside, but offers everything the 'parents-to-be' heart desires. We will be back definitely!
P	Peter Paul Pavian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wäre es möglich würde ich 10 Sterne geben.es gibt freundlichen Service und dann noch den Service der darüber hinaus geht.haben 2 alte Bugaboo in Teilen hingebracht.diese wurden in sehr kurzer Zeit repariert und man hat mir auch noch beim Zusammenbau geholfen.der Preis war extrem fair.brauchte später noch einen Teil,wieder für ein älteres modell.foto geschickt und 10 min später geholt .tolle Firma,tolles Danke und der Kinderwagen fährt immer noch,? If it were possible I would give 10 stars. There is friendly service and then the service that goes beyond that. We brought 2 old Bugaboo parts there. They were repaired in a very short time and they also helped me to assemble them. The price was extremely fair. needed another part later, sent again for an older model. photo and got it 10 minutes later. great company, great thanks and the stroller is still driving,?

Die Beratung durch Frau Melanie war so freundlich, geduldig, umfassend und kompetent. Sie hat sich so viel Zeit für uns und unsere Fragen genommen, dass wir uns sofort verstanden gefühlt haben. Auf jeden Fall wird meine Tochter "ihren" Kinderwagen bei Ihnen kaufen. Ganz toll finden wir auch die Möglichkeit, dass der Wagen dort bis zur Abholung, auch erst in ein paar Monaten, aufgehoben wird. Wir sind wirklich froh, dass wir uns für Anna Gutwein entschieden haben und werden, dank der kompetenten und besonders verständnisvollen Art von Frau Melanie, dort noch öfters einkaufen. N	Natali Vučić on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me tell my story. We are from Graz and I saw a 10% discount in this store for the Cybex Priam set. We went to Vienna and bought the set. After two months, when our baby was born, we opened the carry cot and realized that the it has some defekt. The right button to lay down the sun canopy was not working so I contacted Anna Gutwein. I made a short video and they submitted it to Cybex. Cybex deciced to repair it, but I was supposed to send the carry cot to Anna Gutwein and cover the costs, also I was supposed to cover the costs to send the repaired carry cot back to me also. It is insane how they work with customers outside Vienna. Not only the extra costs for me for the thing which is appsolutely not my fault, but it all takes a lot of time to get it back to me. But they said oh you have a cloud z car seat, you can use that it meantime. Thanks, but mu child can use the carry cot only for short period of time, so I expected a better solution.
