Man wird gut beraten, Sachen erklärt warum,wieso,weshalb .. Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe und wenn es mal schnell gehen muss, findet sich meist auch eine Lösung.

You get good advice, things explain why, why, why .. Communication at eye level and if things have to be done quickly, a solution can usually be found.
