Nach Baufertigstellung Umbauten vorgeschrieben die uns Herr Reder bei unseren Besuch noch vor Baubeginn mitteilen hätte können. Wollte uns auch keine Angebot für die Errichtung unsers Kamin erstellen. Daher kann ich nichts Positives berichten. Bad advice, technically incorrect information. After completion of the construction, modifications were prescribed which Mr. Reder could have told us during our visit before the start of construction. Didn't want to make us an offer for the construction of our fireplace. So I can't say anything positive.

In so langer Zeit tauchen natürlich immer wieder Probleme und Fragen auf, bei denen mir immer freundlich und kompetent geholfen wurde. Rauchfangkehrer, ein Beruf nicht für Jedermann, macht deutlich, welche Anforderungen von diesen Leuten gefordert wird. Deshalb vielen Dank, speziell an meine 2 zuständigen Fachkräfte ... Hr. ANDERL und Hr. TEUFNER Über die ich nur das Beste weitererzählen kann. Auch andere Mitarbeiter dieser Firma, welche nur in Vertretung gekommen sind, haben gezeigt, daß dieser Betrieb personaltechnisch sehr gut aufgestellt ist und nicht nur mit Fachwissen glänzt, sondern auch mit Höflichkeit und Menschlichkeit. Und natürlich einen speziellen DANK an Hr. REDER, welcher mir jahrelang bei allen Fragen und Wünschen ein unkompliziertes Entgegenkommen gezeigt hat, welches ich sehr zu schätzen weiß.
