★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Звичайна квартира. Жили в ній з 11 лютого до 16 лютого 2020. Все в нормі. Чисто, прибрано, є все необхідне. Залишилися задоволені. Квартира на 5 балів. Хоча підїзд на 2 бала, але оцінюю квартиру. До цетру 20 хвилин іти пішки, або 5 хвилин на самокаті, або 7 хвилин на трамваї. РЕКОМЕНДУЮ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartement 21 du 28 Am Tabor, l'appartement se trouve dans un immeuble délabré et très sale, peinture écailles, taches, déchets dans les escaliers et mauvaises odeur. L'appartement est plutôt bien situé par rapport au point culturel, dommage que des éléments viennent entaché cet emplacement. Comme par exemple des équipements pour faire la cuisine manquants (poile, assiette dans le micro onde, bouchon pour fermer l'envier, congélateur complètement givré et inutilisable, grille pain hors service).
Question propreté, taches sur les murs blanc, des tapis de sol sale, canapé à boire et à manger. Conclusion la propreté laisse vraiment à desirer et les équipements sont mince.
Pour la décoration, la déco est vraiment impersonnelle.
Le gérant de l'appartement est gentil et serviable.
Conclusion je ne recommande pas du tout cette location beaucoup trop de défauts
Apartment 21 at 28 Am Tabor, the apartment is in a dilapidated building and very dirty, paint chips, stains, garbage on the stairs and bad smell. The apartment is rather well located in relation to the cultural point, a pity that elements have marred this location. For example, missing cooking equipment (pan, plate in the microwave, stopper to close the sink, freezer completely frosted and unusable, toaster out of service).
Question of cleanliness, stains on the white walls, dirty floor rugs, sofa for drinking and dining. Conclusion the cleanliness leaves much to be desired and the facilities are poor.
For decoration, the decor is really impersonal.
The manager of the apartment is kind and helpful.
Conclusion I do not recommend this rental at all, too many flaws
