★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin wirklich sehr enttäuscht vom Kundenservice. Wollte dort einen Termin für Wimpernverlängerung ausmachen und habe über die Homepage eine Nachricht geschrieben. Nach 1 Woche habe ich mal eine Rückmeldung bekommen mit einem Terminvorschlag. Nachdem ich leider, an diesem genannten Tag, keine Zeit hatte, habe ich gleich zurückgeschrieben und nach einem anderen freien Termin gefragt. Das ist jetzt fast 3 Wochen her und es hat sich niemand mehr bei mir gemeldet. Das ist wirklich unverschämt. Für den Preis hätte ich mir mehr erwartet.
I am really disappointed with the customer service. I wanted to make an appointment for eyelash extensions there and wrote a message on the homepage. After 1 week I got a response with a suggested date. Unfortunately, after I didn't have time on the day mentioned, I immediately wrote back and asked for another free date. That was almost 3 weeks ago and nobody got in touch with me. This is really outrageous. For the price I would have expected more.
