Bis zur Auftragserteilung alles perfekt.......Top Verkäufer macht eine super Show........aber danach ist er wie ausgewechselt einfach nur mehr überheblich und uneinsichtig! Absolutely not to be recommended. Everything is perfect until the order is placed ....... Top seller makes a great show ........ but afterwards he is just more arrogant and unapologetic!

Nicht benötigtes Baumaterial wurde exakt zurückverrechnet, die Baumannschaft war freundlich, kompetent, sehr schnell und sie hinterließ "keine Baustelle", sondern eine saubere funktionierende Anlage! Anstatt uns sinnlose teure Extras aufzuschwatzen wurden wir auf sinnvolle Möglichkeiten von Einsparungen hingewiesen (z.B. Aushub von ortsansässigem Betrieb machen lassen ...) Einziger Kritikpunkt - es wäre noch komfortabler, wenn PoolPoint einen "eigenen" Elektro- und Wasser-Installateur mit im Portfolio hätte - quasi "alles aus einer Hand" - wahlweise natürlich! Tolle Firma - toller Pool!!! :-) From the first consultation to the planning and offers to completion, commissioning and the support that goes beyond that, we are simply completely satisfied! Construction material that was not required was charged back exactly, the construction team was friendly, competent, very fast and they left behind "no construction site", but a clean, functioning system! Instead of chattering on useless expensive extras, we were advised of sensible possibilities of savings (e.g. having a local company excavate ...) The only point of criticism - it would be even more convenient if PoolPoint had its "own" electrical and water plumber in its portfolio - quasi "everything from one source" - optionally of course! Great company - great pool !!! :-)
