 A special ambience, very nice service and delicious food. In short, an all-round feel-good package! We love to come back and bring friends. Top! I have only one request, the driveway should be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für mich und meinen Mann ein Tapas Essen wie es sein soll. Der Wirt begrüßt dich herzlich, fragt was du magst oder nicht und stellt dir dann ein Menü zusammen. Die Portionen sind angesichts der Menge der verschiedenen Speisen genau richtig. Dazu ein guter Wein, der deinen Vorlieben entspricht. Die Beratung und die Auswahl sind gut. Getoppt wird das authentische Essen - von Gemüse über Schinken und Fleisch bis hin zu Meeresfrüchten - nur durch das schöne Ambiente und die herrliche Aussicht über die Weinberge von Bad Waltersdorf. Dazwischen ein erfrischendes Zitronensorbet mit Olivenöl! Für dieses besondere Erlebnis war für uns das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis völlig in Ordnung.
For me and my husband a tapas meal as it should be. The host greets you warmly, asks what you like or not and then puts together a menu for you. The portions are just right given the amount of different dishes. A good wine that suits your preferences. The advice and the selection are good. The authentic food - from vegetables to ham and meat to seafood - is only topped by the beautiful ambience and the wonderful view over the vineyards of Bad Waltersdorf. In between, a refreshing lemon sorbet with olive oil! For this special experience, the price/performance ratio was absolutely fine for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPD: we got response from the restaurant owner in Google maps 1 hour after we left the restaurant and posted our review. It would be much better and more efficient if the restaurant will treat guests in a good way than to post answers to negative reviews as soon as possible. Read also their answers to other negative reviews. I think it tells everything about the way how they treat customers.
We have been there at 16:00. The restaurant inside and outside was almost empty. We have met the lady with short grey hair. She asked us to wait and went to other customers on the terrasse. We have been staying in front of the entrance for about 10 minutes. The lady never came back to us and showed zero interest to help us to find a table. Then we have met another young lady who served a coffee. She asked whether we have a reservation. We said “No”. She even did not check the reservations and said “It is better if you go to another place”.
I have never seen such a rude, strange and unprofessional servants. They have simply zero interests in the customers. Especially the First Lady with short hair was in stress and simply very impolite. We are very tolerant in general but it was just too much unprofessionalism in this place. We don’t want to go there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place! Looks like the castle of the knight-errant, Don Kichot. Lonely building somewhere among the vine hills with the Spanish flag on the roof. Wonderful view from this place is a great companion to delicious tapas (was so good that dissapeared from our table immediately and I forgot to take a picture), perfect wines and friendly and helpful service. Since now, Sebersdorf is not for my family only a place to rest on the way for holidays in Italy or Croatia. Holidays start there thanks to Am Berner! ?????????❤️
