Amadeus Ski- u Snowboardschule

Mein Freund und ich machten mit Thomas unsere erste Skitour und wir waren schlicht weg begeistert! Das top moderne Skitour-Equipment borgten wir uns zu einem fairen Preis aus und holten es bereits am Vortag am späten Nachmittag ab. Thomas zeigte uns geduldig den Umgang mit dem Equipment und überlegte sich eine individuelle Tour angepasst an unsere Kenntnisse. Er machte während der Tour auch tolle Fotos, die wir im Anschluss per E-Mail erhielten. Die Skitour war ein tolles Erlebnis!

Wir sind super zufrieden mit dem gesamten Angebot! Tolle Skischule, guter Skiservice und große Auswahl an Verleihartikeln! Erst heute haben wir wieder für Weihnachten gebucht und freuen uns auf eine wunderschöne Zeit!

Die Kinder hatten sehr liebe, engagierte, freundliche und kompetente Skilehrer und Skilehrerinnen und haben in einer Woche das Skifahren so gut erlernt, dass es eine richtige Freude ist! Wirklich empfehlenswert!

Liebes Skischul-Team! Bisher kenne ich Skikurse nur aus meiner Kindheit und habe nicht die besten Erinnerungen daran. Das hat sich nun komplett geändert. Unsere Mädels haben beide in 5 Tagen wahnsinnige Fortschritte gemacht. Die kleinere ein gutes Basisrutschen und vorallem Bremsen (Bambini Club Team) und die Große hat überhaupt großartiges Skifahren (Skilehrer Vojta) erlernt. Vielen Dank den großartigen und freundlichen SkilehrerInnen Eurer Schule! Wir freuen uns schon alle auf den nächsten Aufenthalt und die Fortführung des Skikurses! Bleibt gesund! Heute habe ich meine erste Schitour gemacht. Thomas Aigner hat mich richtig gut vorbereitet und eingeschult. Drei Stunden waren wir bergauf im gemischten Gelände bei herrlichem Wetter unterwegs. Meine Kräfte durfte ich mir selbst einteilen, dennoch war ich oben ziemlich ausgepowert und wusste wieder wo mein Limit ist. Vielen Dank für die perfekt geführte Tour Thomas! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Poor equipment. Very unfriendly and sometimes rude. I wish there was an option for zero stars. Please do not use this ski shop if you can help it. If you do, please inspect your receipts very carefully as their barcode system often doesn't work and you are left with a much bigger bill when you return equipment. Also unprofessional as they did not even ask the weight of the children when hiring the skis. Please avoid. Go to the shop at nearby Haus (at the bottom of the gondola) which is an extremely friendly, organized and professional experience.

They were very kind, helped me choose the right ski set. And the ski school was useful, my insctructor, Josef was a very good teacher, thorough and patient, recommend him for total beginners.

We are completely disappointed. We were greeted roughly, handing out instructions. We have no problem with the EUR 220 cleaning fee, but what do they actually do for that money if - the selective paper were taken out with us at the time of return? In addition to that ... - Half of the balcony overlooking the valley was overgrown with moss, which slipped so much after the rain that it was a miracle that we had escaped with small blue spots. - The terrace is careless, completely grayed out, very dry, untreated, barefoot impossible, multiple splinters went into our feet. - From the benches on the terrace, a splinters went into our legs and out of the table into our palms. It had to be mined with a needle, we hope to get away without infection. - The glasses must not have been washed or looked before our arrival, as one of us cut his hand when he picked it up. - The grid on the concrete ring called the grill greeted us with full of burnt meat pieces. Of course, there was no wire brush. - The dishwasher was so old that it stopped several times before finishing the washing, usually with an E:35 message, and of course the dishes were not perfectly clean. We had to fix the dishwasher plate rack with a fastbinder so that we could roughly put a plate in it. - The stove was not inductive so the electricity bill was not small either. Speaking of stove, the bottom of the pot could be cleaned with a metal sponge in 15 seconds, but we had to do that too. - The knives were blunt, so useless. It was possible to think that there would be problems after arrival, because it was not possible to park next to the house, in return, the suitcases had to be carried to the house on large crushed stones. Nowhere is a tile. However, when it was handed over back completely clean, the owner inspected the house with a complete checklist. No deposit receipt was received for the deposit (EUR 600), and finally no invoice was issued at the end (587 EUR), but every little thing was mentioned on a paper, what was not handed over to us. The hidden consequence of the accomodation very next to the ski track is that during our stay there is a real alpine diluted sheep-cow mixed manure, so we could enjoy the smell of manured ski track. Opening an evening window without nauseating, disgusting brown liquid was impossible. After the daytime programs we always returned to the accommodation with a bittersweet thought. Luckily, we noticed that after quite a lot of beer, we didn’t smell the splash. We got stuck often in the house in the rains as there was no cover above the terrace, but we did so with relative pleasure due to the splinters and the smell. Look at the picture of the bootom of the pot. Why should I pay for cleaning, when the bottom of the pot is dirty, while it could be cleaned with a sponge within half minute?
