A	Arjan Kieboom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No nonsense hotel, friendly staff, reasonable rates. Appr. 30 minutes walking from city centre of Salzburg. Bus connection nearby. Negative point is Wifi, system outdated and doesn't work with codes given.

A	Anna Young on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed for three nights and at the third evening I had dinner at the desk in the room. I looked for a plastic knife I placed into the drawer of the desk and when I reached for it I touched a used pad!!! Someone must have placed it at the end of the drawer! The cleaning ladies obviously didn't check there! My dinner was immediately ended by that and I also did not continue to work at the desk for the rest of the stay. Cons - No ceiling lamp in the bedroom - Was wakened up by renovation noises every day - Used pad was placed in drawer - Yuck! - At the checkout they just had me pay but didn't ask if everything was ok - Would've loved to talk about the used pad in my drawer!!! Pros - Beside the used pad in the drawer the hotel looked cozy and tidy - Fan, hair dryer and shoehorn in the room - Free wifi - grocery and other shops nearby - bus station nearby - Free soap and shower gel - 24/7 reception I didn't eat there and didn't watch TV so I cannot judge these options.

B	Brynn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room we stayed in needs a deep cleaning, mold growing on the shower cracks, someone’s old mascara sitting on the window, pillows with stains on them, moved the chairs from the wall and dirt and dust all behind them, and the towels were absolutely terrible quality felt like using a rug to dry off.. the breakfast is basic only hot food was eggs and sausage.. giving one star solely because the staff was very kind and parking was very easy.. this hotel is NOT WORTH THE PRICE THEY CHARGE. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Toilets don’t work shower taps broken and aircon doesn’t turn on. Unless they improve I’d suggest staying elsewhere.

The staff is not adequate to serve our group for breakfast. One woman was trying to keep up with the breakfast buffet for 80+people. She did the best she could and was very kind, but this was not fair to her.
