★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place! Definitely worth the stop. From the Austrian side it takes about 45 minutes to go down to the bridge and back uphill if you're moderately fit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great stop off on our way from Ehrwald to Livigno that we originally found on Google Maps. We pulled up in a discreet little little car park just off the road and the only clues as to what was down in the valley were the small yellow signs.
It advised 20mins down and 30mins up the steep walking path but it was a little quicker than that for our family of three including a 7 year old. The path is seriously steep though so have your good walking shoes on!
The history of the bridge and buildings is fascinating and looking at the trails really made me want to jump on a Mountain Bike and explore the trails further.
Great spot with some intriguing history.
