Es ist keiner zuständig und man wird von den meisten MA nicht gewertschätzt und schlecht behandelt! Do not do community service in this house! Internship is also very questionable. Nobody is responsible and most employees do not appreciate you and treat you badly!
C	Central on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf keinen Fall Zivildienst dort machen. Zivildiener werden als Dreck behandelt und als billige Arbeitskräfte ausgenutzt. Die durchschnittlichen Monatsstunden liegen bei 200 Stunden. Zusätzlich würde man zwar 3 Mahlzeiten griegen jedoch hatt man nur Zeit fürs Mittagessen. 90% ist man mit abwaschen beschäftigt und die restliche Zeit darf man Wäsche verräumen oder Leibstühle putzen. Under no circumstances do community service there. Civil servants are treated as filth and exploited as cheap labor. The average monthly hours are 200 hours. In addition, you would eat 3 meals, but you only have time for lunch. 90% of the time you are busy washing up and the rest of the time you can put your laundry away or clean your chairs.

Ich war sehr überrascht über die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und Bewohner. Ich bin immer noch überwältigt über die tolle Aufnahme. Ich bin sehr froh hier arbeiten und leben zu dürfen.Die Freundlichkeit der Menschen hier ist einfach zauberhaft. Ich möchte mich auf diesem Weg für alles bedanken. Dazu kommt, dass man einander immer mit einem Lächeln begegnet und auch der Spaß unter Kollegen, aber auch mit den Bewohnern nicht zu kurz kommt. Neben der Routine des Altenheims wird so jeder Arbeitstag individuell und die Arbeit kommt einem oft nicht mehr wie Arbeit vor. Gerade wenn Zusammenhalt gebraucht wird, kann man sich auf die Kollegen verlassen und es wird gemeinsam an einem Strang gezogen.
