S	Susy Scardocchia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful apartments, shiny new and clean, and expensive for what you get considering it's self-catering. Furthermore, there are a lot of extra costs which are easy to overlook when booking. A stay is not worthwhile unless you stay 3 nights or more, such as extra charges for towels and a fixed cleaning charge. Also, the flats are not practical. Contrary to what is stated in the description, there are two cooking hobs and no real stove. The microwave does NOT have a baking function, only a grill, and there is no oven. There is no way to get bread delivered for breakfast on weekends (but a great cafe nearby, so no biggie). There is only 1 washing machine and dryer for the whole complex, so often busy. On the positive side: very comfortable beds! All in all, okay, with room for improvement.

M	Madi Dibra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The aparthotel is only a few minutes walk to the skilift, but for those who don't want to walk around in ski boots, there is a shuttle service. The site is new, and beautifully and carefully designed to provide comfort and space. Our family of 4 chose to stay in the larger type of flats, which can easily sleep 6 people. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is nicely equipped. For our subjective preference it is missing an oven and a toaster. The Nespresso machine is great, especially if you're used to that type of coffee. Each of the buildings has its own storage room for skis and boot racks. The spa/wellness facilites are also very nice, with finnish, bio and infrared saunas. There is also a playroom as well as a small fitness. Would very much recommend this place, and will certainly return for longer skiing weekends.
M	Martin Zikmunda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never more! We stayed week in family apartment. I really do not understand why they have "hotel" in their name. They do just nothing. No fresh towels. Not any cleaning. Nothing. If you need more tabs for dishwasher they charge you 1 Eur/PC without any note. If you forget trash they charge you additional 50 Eur. No matter there is already 120 Eur for the final cleaning included. PS not any fake! first foto: dust below the stairs, second one: corner in the bathroom I have full right to share my negative experience. Take this as a challenge for your improvement :-)
