Hotel má výtečnou polohu ve 1400 m n. m. přímo u lyžařského areálu (záruka dobrých sněhových podmínek).Vlastní přibližovací lanový vlek, který spouští dle potřeby recepce. Milé, vstřícné recepční. Pokoje vyhovující, čisté (dcery měly terasu, rodiče pouze malé podkrovní okno). Úklidový servis OK. Možnost polopenze, pokrmy nejsou zvláště kulinářské, vaří spíše pro děti nekořeněná jednoduchá jídla. Připraví i bezlepkové a bezmléčné pokrmy po předchozí domluvě. Mají bohatou salátovou theku a výběr z 2 dezertů. Wellness: malý bazén, 2 sauny, málo lehátek k následné relaxaci! Starší hotelové vybavení. K zapůjčení župany, stolní hra, sáňky - vhodné pro rodiny s dětmi.

Nice family hotel. Special design and very comfortable room. Close to the ski piste.

This hotel is mid-mountain so you need to drive about 10km up after the toll booth to reach it. It is super super kid friendly. It’s small enough that you feel your kids are safe if they wander around or play in the kids room but big enough that you can come with a group of friends and most likely get a room. We had a double room with terrace and view of the mountain. It was south facing so I recommend requesting a south facing room. The room itself wasn’t huge and the decor was slightly dated but it was comfortable for us three. Having a terrace was nice so we could step outside and enjoy the views. The rooms include half board. Breakfast was the standard fare. Nothing super fancy but had the essentials and fresh squeezed orange juice. At 4pm, they had cakes and it was a big hit. Dinner changes daily and at first we weren’t super impressed with the food. I think because we arrived at 7pm and a lot had been picked through at the salad bar. They continuously refresh the main dishes. For us, the food got progressively better and on the last night, everything was super delicious. Everyone in our group commented on how the meal was just so tasty. My son fell ill while here and they were so helpful to find us a doctor to see as well as make sure he was comfortable. I’d come again to this hotel. And, it’s super super close to the slopes. You can literally ski from the parking lot down to the lifts!
