Mir wurde gesagt, dass diese erst ins Werk nach Spanien geschickt werden muss, um Garantieansprüche geltend zu machen. Nach zwei Monaten habe ich dann das okay für die Reklamation erhalten! Mir wurde von Alpreif empfohlen noch auf die neue FOX KollektionMärz 2019 zu warten, damit ich mir eine neue aktuelle Hose aussuchen kann (wieder drei Monate warten). Jetzt habe ich mir eine neue Hose ausgesucht und "versucht" im Alpreif Laden jemanden zu erreichen?! Kein Bild, kein Ton mehr seit vier Wochen. Sebastian Bartl ist nicht mehr erreichbar, er hat wahrscheinlich schon Ersatz von FOX Spanien bekommen und will diesen nicht an seine Kunden weitergeben.... Für mich hat sich der Laden erledigt, Kundenpflege sieht anders aus. Ich bin meine 100€ und die FOX Hose los! Also, seid vorsichtig was ihr da kauft! I was recommended by Alpreif to wait for the new FOX CollectionMarch 2019, so that I can choose a new current pants (wait another three months). Now I have chosen a new pair of pants and "trying" in the Alpreif shop to reach someone? No picture, no sound for four weeks. Sebastian Bartl is no longer available, he has probably already been replaced by FOX Spain and does not want to pass this on to his customers .... For me, the store has done, customer care looks different. I'm off my 100 € and the FOX pants! So, be careful what you buy there!
