Can continue to recommend highly! Absolutely fantastic service! We just arrived at the airport after being stuck in Solden for the last 2 days, we booked a return transfer and the Alpinbus team were super responsive and made sure as soon as the road was open again we were on our way. No fuss and given there were 20 of us, saved so much stress. Will recommend to any of my pals flying to Austria and looking for a transfer. Top job!!!

They provided a new car seat for her, happily carried pram and base and all our ski gear, were on time and communicated with us immediately if we had any queries. And after extensive searches for ski transfers they also came up the cheapest. We added a person to our party at the last minute and they did not change the price at all. I was really impressed and they massively lessened the anxiety of her new parents taking a small baby skiing for the first time! Thanks

In my case, both of the trips were from Geneva to the Morzine area and back. The drivers were always polite and helpful, they speak English and seem reliable. The cars were clean and the transfers were smooth. I am very impressed with the service and can recommend it!

On time, clean vehicles (our minivans looked very nice inside and outside), helpful and extremely professional drivers, on time pick-up on return and very prompt assistance from the support team - they immediately responded to all our emails before the trip. The drivers both times got us to our destinations quickly and without any incidents. We will definitely use AlpinBus again next year during our trip to Courchevel and highly recommend this company and its staff!

The cars were clean and spacious and the drivers had even provided me pillows, so that it was more comfortable on my journeys up the mountain. I really felt that the drivers are professionally trained and knew the road like the back of their hands so I didn't have to worry about my safety, which is always extremely important for me! Will definitely use this service again in this winter season!
A	Adrian Barrows on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed to learn that after the French Prime Minister banned UK travel in to France 2 days prior to our trip, AlpinBus classed this as a cancellation on our part and refused any form of refund due to being within the cancellation period. This adds further insult to injury and feels very much like profiteering out of the COVID situation. Not a way to create a long standing customer base.
