★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolut unverlässlich. lässt uns über eine halbe stunde in der kälte warten und besitzt bei mehrmaligem anrufen die frechheit zu sagen wir sollen keinen stress machen und weist dann die anrufe konstant ab.. dabei war die info wie sollen schon rauskommen und draußen warten! sind dann zu fuß schneller gewesen. wenigstens hat es nach konfrontation eine entschuldigung gegeben.
absolutely unreliable. makes us wait over half an hour in the cold and has the cheek to say when we call several times that we should not cause stress and then constantly rejects the calls. were faster on foot. at least there was an apology after the confrontation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um 17 Uhr telefonisch Taxi reserviert (für 17:30 am selben Tag). Wurde mir zugesichert. Fazit. Taxi kam nicht, 2x nachgerufen, Taxi kam dennoch nicht mehr. Zug versäumt und keinen Anschlusszug mehr nach Innsbruck. Leider kann man nicht 0 Sterne vergeben.
Taxi reserved by phone at 5 p.m. (for 5:30 p.m. on the same day). I was assured. Conclusion. The taxi didn't come, called twice, but the taxi didn't come any more. Missed train and no more connecting trains to Innsbruck. Unfortunately you cannot give 0 stars.

5 km entfernt und 1 Stunde warten...wozu braucht man da ein Taxi??????? Eine Frechheit...nie wieder ...und die Preise sind um 50% gesiegen

5 km away and wait 1 hour ... why do you need a taxi ??????? A cheek ... never again ... and the prices have gone down by 50%
