zumindest die Anzahlung zurückbekommen nach Monaten des Wartens auf die 2 Tore.
just have to wait too long.
at least get the deposit back after months of waiting for the 2 goals.

Negativ: durch seine derzeit hohe Auslastung sehr wenig Zeit für Reparaturen und Problembehebung ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im September 2014 habe ich von der Firma Alpentore 2 Garagentore einbauen lassen mit einem Service Vertrag für 5 Jahre. Nach mehrmaligen anrufen und E-Mails habe ich bis heute von dieser Firma nichts mehr gehört. Da im Servicevertrag einmal jährlich eine überprüfung beinhaltet ist, werden hierfür anscheinend nur Kosten berechnet, aber kein Service. Somit nicht empfehlenswert.
In September 2014 I had 2 garage doors installed by the company Alpentore with a service contract for 5 years. After repeated calls and e-mails, I have heard nothing of this company until today. As the service contract includes a check once a year, it seems that only costs are charged, but no service. Thus not recommended.

Die Bestellung der 2 Garagentore erfolgte per Anzahlung von €1000,- am 31.07.2020.
Voraussichtliche Lieferung laut Herrn Tovilo ca. 8-10 Wochen nach Bestellung.
Nach 12 Wochen 1.ter Montagetermin - Firma erscheint weder zum Termin, noch ist sie telefonisch erreichbar.
Die Erreichbarkeit von Herrn Tovilo ist ohnehin ein Kapitel für sich!
Nach mittlerweile 20 Wochen und 9 Montageterminen (einfach nicht gekommen) sind die Tore noch immer nicht da!!!
Da die Tore bis heute noch nicht einmal geliefert wurden und auch eine von mir vorgeschlagene Abholung ignoriert wurde, bezweifle ich, dass er sie jemals bestellt hat!
Ich gehe mittlerweile von betrügerischer Absicht aus, und behalte mir rechtliche Schritte vor!
Diese Rezension spiegelt meine persönliche Erfahrung mit der Firma Alpentore Klagenfurt wider.
I've really never seen such a company or a boss like this!
The order for the 2 garage doors was made by paying a deposit of € 1000 on July 31, 2020.
Estimated delivery according to Mr. Tovilo approx. 8-10 weeks after ordering.
After 12 weeks the 1st assembly appointment - the company neither appears for the appointment, nor can it be reached by phone.
The availability of Mr. Tovilo is a chapter in itself anyway!
After 20 weeks and 9 assembly dates (just didn't come) the gates are still not there !!!
Since the gates have not even been delivered to this day and a collection I suggested was also ignored, I doubt he ever ordered them!
I now assume fraudulent intent and reserve the right to take legal action!
This review reflects my personal experience with the Alpentore Klagenfurt company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolute Frechheit! Lieferzeiten ins Unendliche, eben so leere Versprechungen und FIXE Zusagen dann einfach nicht absagen und schon gar nicht auftauchen. auch schriftlich NICHT erreichbar, da verzogen !! ??????
absolute cheek! Infinite delivery times, empty promises and FIXED promises then simply do not refuse and certainly not show up. also NOT available in writing, because moved! ??????
