★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect position 8 mins stroll from centre of Neustift. 5 course dinner choice of 3 mains.lovely gardens with heated out door pool.Bar bq every Wednesday . Sauna fitness room. Rooms very clean some traditional.Stubia super card allows free travel on buses also every lift in the valley and one decent on Mieders coaster .Bus stops outside hotel every hr. Or if you walk short distance towards centre every half hour. All staff are very tentative to your needs. Highly recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is close to the bus stop- it is real comfortable. Good and very tasty meals. Nice rooms. As for the stubaital- this is great ski resort- i think one of the best for families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had another fantastic holiday at the Fernau. Our room was immaculate. All the staff are friendly and helpful.... no request is too much trouble.
My 11 year old was well catered for with meals, breakfast and dinner.
Thankyou Team Fernau... hope it's not too long til we return ?❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really wonderful hotel with great staff and services. Very nice rooms and room service. Lots of discounts and free services all along the valley including free ski lifts, swimming pool discounts, free buses up and down the valley, free tennis courts, free mountain bike usage, and much more. Incredible breakfasts and dinners and the option of packed lunches. A good family destination and are hospitable to small and large groups. The staff are always smiling and friendly, and will go out of their way for personal events and celebrations. A superb atmosphere and an impeccable holiday destination!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having spent a lovely holiday at this hotel in june I would not hesitate recommending it.We had very comfy beds,safe,fridge,very large balcony with a great view of pool,gardens and mountains.Well appointed bathroom and good wardrobe space.Staff were very efficient and friendly and most spoke english.Food plentiful and varied.The hotel is immaculate throughout and attention to detail in all areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We returned to this hotel as we had our two grandsons staying with us and the pool, chess, ping pong table, and trampoline provided diversions for them. The view from the room is awesome. The breakfasts were very good and the dinners were excellent. It is an easy walk into town and parking is not a problem. Housekeeping did a good job. The only complaint we had which is the same as we had in the past, is that people smoke downstairs in the bar which is open to the rest of the hotel and it was not pleasant walking through. The lobby area itself is very comfortable.
