We had a nice afternoon on the mountain pasture with good food, the operating couple provides a very nice service, prices completely in line.

Bedienung - sorry aber aus meiner Sicht ist die Chefin ist lieber Chefin also zu bedienen. Ist auch OK so wenn alternativ eine Kellnerin das Service übernehmen würde - ist aber nicht so.
Leider - eigentlich ein toller Platz aber für diese Art von Service ist mir mein Geld zu schade.
Food - really good, location - great.
Service - sorry, but from my point of view, the boss prefers to be served by the boss. It is also OK if a waitress would take over the service - but it is not.
Unfortunately - actually a great place, but this kind of service is too good for my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heerlijk eten, in een echte Oostenrijkse hut, maar de service is verschrikkelijk. Wij komen hier al 30 jaar, maar de laatste keer was het ronduit onbeschoft. Dit is een reden om niet nog eens daar te eten.
Great food, in a real Austrian cabin, but the service is terrible. We have been coming here for 30 years, but the last time it was downright rude. This is a reason not to eat there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Früher wurde die Pfanne mit Kaiserschmarrn auf den Tisch gestellt und man fühlte sich aufgehoben.
Mittlerweile ist das Essen zwar immer noch recht gut, aber als Tourist werde ich auch so behandelt. Auch wenn es euch nicht bewusst ist - jemand der seit über 40 Jahren immer wieder in die Kelchsau kommt, merkt das schon :-(
In the past, the pan with Kaiserschmarrn was put on the table and it made you feel at home.
Meanwhile, the food is still quite good, but as a tourist, I'm treated like that. Even if you are not aware - someone who has been coming to the Kelchsau again and again for more than 40 years, that already shows :-(
