 Very friendly and hospitable. Classic menu, from refuge; then goulash, soups, omelettes and strudel with the Tyrolean ravioli shavings. I ate the goulash, it was great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine einfache Almhütte aber herrliches Essen mit viel Liebe hausgemacht. Das alles in einer traumhaften Lage mittem im Hochgebirge mit einer unbeschreiblichen Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Ich komme gerne wieder!
A simple alpine hut but delicious food with a lot of love homemade. All this in a fantastic location in the middle of the high mountains with an indescribable view of the surrounding mountains. I will gladly come again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem an der Glocknerstraße alle Lokale überfüllt waren, haben wir das etwas abgelegene Alpengasthaus entdeckt. Ein urgemütliches, richtig altes Gasthaus zum Einkehren sehr empfehlenswert.
After all the restaurants on Glocknerstrasse were overcrowded, we discovered the somewhat secluded alpine inn. A really cozy, really old inn to stop off at is highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer eine Wirtschaft im Sinne der „Guten alten Zeit“ sucht ist hier genau richtig.
Man sitzt etwas erhöht der Glockner Hochalpenstraße und kann somit das fantastische Panorama etwas abseits des „Lärms“ der Straße genießen.
Die Speisen nach Tiroler Hausfrauenart sind durchweg empfehlenswert und alles wird durch eine freundlichen Wirtin abgerundet.
Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen =)
If you are looking for an economy in the sense of the "good old days", this is the right place for you.
You sit a little higher on the Glockner High Alpine Road and can thus enjoy the fantastic panorama a bit away from the "noise" of the road.
The Tyrolean housewife-style dishes are highly recommended and everything is rounded off by a friendly landlady.
We will definitely come again =)

Hangemachte Speisen zu guten Preisen.
Netter Service und Cheffin. Zum fünften Stern ⭐ ist noch etwas Luft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein kleines aber sehr feines Haus. Ist nicht direkt an der Straße aber doch nicht sehr weit weg und dadurch ziemlich ruhig. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben sehr sehr gut gegessen. Ich kann dieses Gasthaus sehr empfehlen.
A small but very nice house. It's not directly on the street but not very far away and therefore pretty quiet. We received a very friendly welcome and ate very, very well. I highly recommend this inn.
