Unfortunately, during our stay a member of our family had a severe accident…. And here is where the Hotel staff took the extra mile. In very difficult and worrying circumstances for us, we felt genuinely supported by the whole team. THANK you for your kindeness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very friendly staff, beautiful indoor design with many spa opportunities. Great view on the mountains. Breakfast is delicious with a huge selection of different food-types. Would recommend for people 16 and older ;)

Nothing to complain, maybe a few words on the spa area on how to behave correctly, but this is not an fault of the hotel.
Can totally recommend this hotel if you consider booking :)!
We haven’t tried the bar at the moment, but it’s looks pretty nice aswell.
+ you can get a Shisha!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should totally improve their profession when it comes to delivering the luggage to the right room. Multiple occurrences of sending luggages to the wrong room with similar room numbers (tagged 113 sent to 313, tagged 102 sent to 120, etc.) wasted so much time and caused tremendous inconvenience to guests, yet not helpful with finding them back.

The furnishings, breakfast, apes ski snack bar and spa facilities are second to none I've seen in Hinterglemm/Saalbach. I used to rep this resort, and always wanted to stay here as a guest; it didn't disappoint!
It's slightly more expensive than more basic hotels of course, but worth it. Natalia and Daniel on the bar, and Otty & Anne on reception are exceptional and really helped make the stay even more special. They spend time with you & make discretionary effort to make you feel at home.
Whilst not ski in/out, the Reiterkogelbahn and Snow & Fun rental shop are only 100 metres away from the hotel boot room, and it's an easy walk.
Tip - Be sure to use the reception snack bar 16:00 - 17:30 daily. Nothing like post ski cheese and biscuits with an Austria red!
