Geben eine schriftliche Auftragsbestätigung (mit Schadensnummer,...) zu einer Schadensreparatur und übernehmen anschließend nicht die Kosten der Werkstatt, welche den Schaden repariert. Vollkommen unprofessionell!!! This agency is a bottomless cheek. Give a written order confirmation (with damage number, ...) for a damage repair and then do not assume the costs of the workshop that repairs the damage. Completely unprofessional !!!
