Zuhause angekommen, merkte sie dass die Kette aus Plastik war!!! Wir wollten die Kette zurückgeben, die Verkäuferin wollte die Kette nicht mehr zurück nehmen, denn meine Frau hatte keine Rechnung( wie auch, sie hat beim Kauf keine bekommen 30. 8. 2018 !!) Plastik als Stein verkaufen ist unter jeder Kritik!! Und dann auch noch den Umtausch verweigern ist untragbar! My wife wanted to buy an amber necklace for our little son. She was then sold a chain for 15 euros. When she got home, she noticed that the chain was made of plastic! We wanted to return the chain, the saleswoman did not want to take the chain back because my wife did not have an invoice (as well, she did not receive one when she bought it on August 30, 2018 !!) Selling plastic as a stone is under all criticism !! And then refusing to exchange it is unacceptable!
