Katastrophale Beratung. Auf keine meiner Fragen wurde eingegangen. Völlige Unklarheit, was mit meiner abgeschlossenen Versicherung nun alles abgedeckt ist. Mitarbeiterin inkompetent, überheblich und unfreundlich. Sehr schade, da ich mit der Allianz sonst immer zufrieden war. Diese Filiale meide ich künftig und überlege mir einen Versicherungswechsel. No barrier-free access. No possibility to enter with a wheelchair or stroller. Service: Take out car insurance including registration of license plates. Disastrous advice. None of my questions were answered. Total uncertainty as to what is now covered with my insurance. Employee incompetent, arrogant and unfriendly. It's a shame, because otherwise I was always satisfied with Allianz. I will avoid this branch in the future and consider changing my insurance policy.

Speziell Frau Baumgarten ist besonders bemüht um Ihre Kunden. Diese Agentur kann sehr stolz auf so einen Mitarbeiter sein! Ich freue mich auf meine nächste KFZ Anmeldung! I was always welcomed more than friendly and all my questions about the car were answered professionally so that I changed my insurance right away. They have poor, wilted orchids which are clearly suffering. I even wrote to them, offered to refresh the orchids if they didn't want to (yes, you guessed right, I do have a thing for plants and all living things for that matter) but they never even reacted, let alone did something. SHAME ON YOU Allianz Hernals Hauptstraße!!!
