Sehr angenehm die Erreichbarkeit im 2. , der angenehme Übungsraum, der gute Tee, die Möglichkeit zu duschen - einfach wirklich zu empfehlen. I can only recommend it to everyone - 7:00 a.m. yoga with Anna and nothing can shake you during the day. Such finely coordinated asanas - thank you Anna !!! The accessibility in the 2nd, the pleasant exercise room, the good tea, the opportunity to take a shower - simply really recommendable.

Offensichtlich Pseudo-Lifestyle-Yoga und echtes Yoga nicht verstanden, weil da geht es ganzheitliche Gesundheit und sicher nicht um Diskriminierung. Healthy (and tested for safety) undesirable? And that in a yoga studio? !? Obviously pseudo-lifestyle yoga and real yoga not understood, because it is holistic health and certainly not about discrimination.

In Zukunft werde ich meinen Hintern lieber wo anders von rechts nach links bewegen. Ich bevorzuge nun Yoga mit 3G Regeln, denn ich bin geimpft... r	ricarda k. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine sehr eigenartige Weise Yoga zu praktizieren. Einen Teil von Menschen auszuschließen, hat leider wenig mit der ursprünglichen Lehre des Yoga zu tun. Sicherer würde ich mich nur fühlen, wenn ich weiß jeder ist getestet. Geschrieben von jemandem der durchaus in dieses Studio dürfte, aber nicht mehr möchte. A very peculiar way of practicing yoga. Excluding a part of people unfortunately has little to do with the original teaching of yoga. I would only feel safer if I knew everyone has been tested. Written by someone who is allowed to go to this studio, but doesn't want to anymore.

It is super easy to book and very uncomplicated via the homepage. It is not only the perfect combination of different kinds of Yoga in the classes. Vinyasa I and II, also Yin Yoga for more easy Yoga. Beginners classes, private lessons, it also includes a small pre-meditation, breathing and awareness exercise and a perfect music during the session (not only typical Indina music) at the end in Shavasana sometimes you get a little neck massage and she combines it with the perfect smokey scents. Definetly a yes and may be see you there.
