Die Ausstattung des Lokals selbst auch top: es stehen sogar jeweils eine Dusche für Männer und Frauen zur Verfügung, ein Shop mit kleiner, aber feiner Auswahl ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Neben diversen Yogaeinheiten (Asthanga geführt, Mysore, Hatha) ist auch die wöchentliche Medidationseinheit zu empfehlen - genauso wie regelmäßige Vorträge zu Themen rund ums Yoga. Was mir am Studio persönlich besonders gefällt ist die Tatsache, dass die religiöse Seite des Yoga in den seltensten Fällen eine Rolle spielt. Empfehlung! Very relaxed, cozy place for yoga. The teachers are well trained and helpful. The facilities of the restaurant itself also top: there is even a shower for men and women available, a shop with a small, but fine selection is also available. In addition to various yoga sessions (Asthanga guided, Mysore, Hatha), the weekly meditation unit is also recommended - as well as regular lectures on topics related to yoga. What I personally like about the studio in particular is the fact that the religious side of yoga rarely plays a role. Recommendation!

Sie ist die erste die eine richtige Yoga Einheit abhält und nicht hauptsächlich atmen / meditieren. Sie kreiert eine wirklich tolle Atmosphäre und man spürt echte Linderung der verschiedenen Problemchen die man so in der Schwangerschaft hat ohne zu überfordern. Danke dafür! While looking for a yoga course for pregnant women I tried several studios and teachers until I found Shima (course on Mondays at 10:30 am). She is the first to do a proper yoga session and not mainly breathing / meditating. It creates a really great atmosphere and you can feel real relief from the various problems that you have during pregnancy without overwhelming you. Thanks for that!

There are very long Mysore Classes, most of the time you can do Mysore from 7 am. to 12 am. You can take your time and study deeply. I did my Yoga Training there, they opened up a space and atmosphere, where real learning can happen. After the training I felt very ready to face life with more softness and to teach some Yoga. This is a very nice place, check it out!
D	Daniel RNGHFR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am glad i found this place. yogawerkstatt is mainly focused on the ashtanga method with compassionate and welcoming teachers able to pass on their knowledge in an contemporary and accessible way still honoring the tradition. mysore style classes are offered 7-days per week. i particularly value the supportive atmosphere of the sangha. facilities are brand new, with comfortable showers. high quality rental mats, a variety of props, mat cleaner and towels are available - all of them are regularly cleaned and so is the whole place. 100% recommended.

A desire to practice yoga lives here. There are two different rooms: large (entrance inside) and small (entrance from outside). Very nice, smiley and patient teachers - Shima and Daniel. Comfortable changing area, shower, WC, basic amenities for women (hand cream, etc), relaxing zone, you can always have a cup of tea or glass of water. And the most attractive is - you can pay per lesson, so no need to take a course if you are a beginner or travel a lot. Reasonable prices! Your perfect relaxing positive evening is guaranteed here. Highly recommended! I’m very happy I have found this yoga studio. Ashtanga Yoga with Shima was great ?
