Qui ci si sente subito a casa sia per la gentilezza del proprietario sia per la signora tuttofare. Gli appartamenti sono belli e confortevoli e dotati di tutti i comfort. Anche il salone tutto in legno è bello come tutto l'albergo. La colazione è buona e abbondante . Ristoranti sono nelle vicinanze e il paese di Steinach è a 15-20 minuti. In a beautiful and peaceful valley we spent two days and nights in this characteristic hotel. Here you immediately feel at home both for the kindness of the owner and for the lady handyman. The apartments are beautiful and comfortable and equipped with all comforts. Even the all-wood lounge is as beautiful as the entire hotel. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Restaurants are nearby and the town of Steinach is 15-20 minutes away.

Very nice holiday home with a bar and dining options in the middle of the mountains. Super clean, and very helpful hosts. Everything is great, will be back!
K	Kathleen Lefevere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es werden 3 Wohnmobilstellplätze beworben "Mitten in der Natur ". Bei unserer Ankunft war niemand da, nach einiger Zeit eine Putzfrau gefunden. Wir mussten den Camper direkt in der Hauseinfahrt vor der Garage abstellen. Jeder Hausgast ging direkt bei uns vorbei! In der Nacht Festbeleuchtung, weil das Haus von Scheinwerfern beleuchtet wird. Das versprochene Begrüßungsschnapserl entfiel und die Wellnessoase konnten wir auch nicht benutzen, weil wir keinen Zugangsschlüssel bekamen; Gästekarte wurde nicht erwähnt, obwohl die Ortstaxe verrechnet wurde. Die Abrechnung stimmte dann zum Drüberstreuen auch nicht. Schade. Wir hatten uns auf einen erholsamen Aufenthalt mitten in der Natur gefreut und fanden uns auf einem Parkplatz vor der Garage zurück. There are 3 motorhome parking spaces advertised "In the middle of nature". When we arrived nobody was there, after a while we found a cleaning lady. We had to park the camper directly in the driveway in front of the garage. Every house guest went straight to us! Festive lighting at night because the house is illuminated by spotlights. The promised welcome schnapps was dropped and we couldn't use the wellness oasis either because we didn't get an access key; Guest card was not mentioned, although the local tax was charged. The billing was then also not correct for scattering over it. Too bad. We were looking forward to a relaxing stay in the middle of nature and found ourselves in a parking lot in front of the garage.

Leider sind die Apartments nicht mehr auf dem aktuellen Stand und sollten dringend Renoviert und modernisiert werden. Es war allerdings sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der verlangte Preis ist eindeutig zu hoch für die gebotene Leistung. Das Hotel (Gebäude nebenan) hat wohl einen deutlich besseren Standard. Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the apartments are no longer up to date and should urgently be renovated and modernized. However, it was very clean and tidy. The asking price is clearly too high for the performance offered. The hotel (building next door) is of a much better standard.

Das Zimmer war schön, die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren. We felt very comfortable in the Alfaierhof. Great location in the valley, a dream in winter. Hiking trails and cross-country ski runs right in front of the door. The room was nice, the hosts very friendly. We would go back anytime.

M	Miran Song on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in a apartment style room. A cowshed was under the room. We couldn't open window but it was a special and funny experience. But not that stinky. Great view!!! To reach that place, we have to pay toll.
