A great gym with all the refinements very well-kept and clean the pool is very recommendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Rezension ist mit Vorsicht zu lesen, da ich eigentlich keine Fitness Studios mag. Das Alfa ist vom Platz Angebot her sehr großzügig, die Betreuer sind sehr engagiert und freundlich, Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Geräte sind gut gepflegt, großer Bereich zum freien Training, gute Cardio-, Zirkel- und Gruppenausstattung. Ein Highlight ist das Schwimmbad, Abzüge gab es von mir für die manchmal nicht ganz sauberen Geräte, die Wassersparduschen und die etwas durchschlagende "wir sind ein Luxus Studio Attitüde", aber wie eingangs erwähnt, ich mag eigentlich keine Fitness Studios.
My review should be read with caution, as I do not really like gyms. The Alfa is very generous from the place offer, the supervisors are very dedicated and friendly, parking lots are available. Equipment is well maintained, large area for free training, good cardio, circle and group equipment. A highlight is the swimming pool, deductions were made by me for the sometimes not very clean appliances, the water saving shower and the somewhat resounding "we are a luxury studio attitude", but as mentioned, I really do not like gyms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin bereits das 2. Jahr hier Mitglied und konnte bisher nur positive Erfahrungen machen. Super Angebot sowohl im Fitness als auch im Wellnessbereich. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich nehme auch regelmäßig Trainerstunden bei Christoph und kann versichern, dass hohe Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit sowie Engagement herausstechen.
Rundum super und seriös.
I am already the 2nd year member here and so far could only make positive experiences. Great offer in the fitness as well as in the wellness area. Very friendly staff. I also regularly take coaching lessons with Christoph and can assure that high competence and friendliness as well as commitment stand out.
All around great and serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Große Auswahl an Geräten, schöner großer Pool und Whirlpool, bin ein großer Fan von diesem Fitnessstudio!!!! Und das Personal ist mega freundlich!!!!! Es ist auch nicht so viel los, macht wirklich großen Spaß dort ?
Large selection of equipment, nice large pool and jacuzzi, am a big fan of this gym !!!! And the staff is super friendly !!!!! It's not that busy either, it's really great fun there ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to train for ten days one hour per day. Before we left from Amsterdam we asked via e-mail. No reply. When we went to their facilities in Innsbruck the lady behind the reception desk bluntly asked us for 500 euros. Ten times 25 euros per day, times two persons. She refused to sign us up for the monthly trial (49 euros per month, per person) they advertise on their website. Unfriendly approach. We left. Because the owner replied to our review we called Alfa. They asked us change this review. I would never do that. They do not seem to care about finding the right solution for potential clients. 500 euros for ten days is crazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why they claim to be the best studio in Tyrol. The studio + equipment is by far not as modern as Fit Inn. Usually some machinery is broken and it takes them weeks to repair. Same for the showers - plus its not really clean. I don't get the prices at all. There are way better options!
